Andrew and Spencer had the best price in 3 counties (including purchasing directly from distributor). I stopped by and the staff had my new batteries loaded in my vehicle and I was on my way quickly. Customer service was exceptional and care and concern for their clients is very apparent. Showroom is WELL stocked and repairs can be done on site as well. I cant say enough about the helpfulness of this company. I had a buggy stop moving at our vacation place and rather than bring it home for service I called these fellas after a quick internet search. Not only did they pick-up the vehicle, they were able to diagnose and repair a small microswitch that had been the culprit. The vehicle in question is almost new and low hours, but due to their parent company being transferred several times in a few years all schematics are impossible to come by. Hats off to these guys for taking the time to meter check everything and find the fault, rather than just throwing parts at it. In addition to picking up and dropping off the vehicle, the best part was the friendliness and the communication throughout the whole process. Thanks again to the Ozark area location.

This place is Great. I have had golf cars for many years. One I have had since 2000 they took over service when the guys I bought it from went out of business. They do a great job and it still runs like new. The guys always take care of my golf car needs from adding back seats to liftkits. The best part owner is a local guy and always treats you right.

Took father in law’s cart in for repair. Sat nearly 2 months. Asked. Spencer about it. Said it was being revived. Went in and a mechanic told me it had not been touched. Feel I was lied to. Got cart back and still didn’t run right. Never go back!

Where do I start...Rocky (my ez-go workhorse) went in for repairs done by OZARK GOLF CARS in Ozark MO. Rocky came back a lean mean riding machine!!!
