The Ozark Alabama Badcock was very helpful today. I was meet by the salesperson halfway down the aisle. She was very knowledgeable and very patient while she was helping me.

The store is huge compared to most so there are plenty of things to choose from. Caleb, the store manager, went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our old furniture. We purchased a set from Badcocks but it was faulty. Broke month after month. Caleb did everything in his power to right the wrongs and make sure we were satisfied. He was helpful, courteous and very professional. He called to check in and see how it was doing. Very happy with our overall experience with him and the store in Ozark. Definitely recommend them!
