The staff was very helpful and resolved my cellphone issue expeditiously. Great customer service.I have AT&T TV (not the greatest but does the job). The rate should not have raised for this service since there’s not much improvement to the service.I would also switch my data network to AT&T if they had fiber in my area. Worst experience of my entire life -in ANY type of store. Everything took HOURS - literally I spent 5 hours trying to resolve my issue- as if my time is not worth anything. In the end this store wanted me to pay for their mistake, they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee which ATT says is not customary nor in any of ATTs contracts.ATT was able to resolve my issue directly and easily over the phone.This store is scammy and I will never set foot in it again.

Sales Rep, Justine, was AWESOME! She helped me get more out of my plan by suggesting I sign up for AARP, which AT&T offers a fantastic plan promotion. Thanks to Justine, my husband and I are literally paying the same monthly amount, but now getting double the coverage. WOOHOO!!! Justine was also very patient with my request of looking for additional discounts on my monthly bill. Thank you Justine for your amazing customer service and for assisting us. Justine is so patient, knowledgeable, super friendly. It was a pleasure working with Justine. Best customer service experience at an AT&T store since I’ve started service back in 2018. I’ll definitely return because of Justine. She’s a great sales person and not pushy at all. I’ve been thinking of upgrading to the iPhone 12 because of her, lol. Thank you, Justine!!!

Jocelyn provided exceptional customer service to us when we visited the store. We came in to resolve some billing discrepancies, which turned into a rather complex situation. However, she listened to us and helped us work through the issues with AT&T billing. Highly professional and highly skilled, give her a raise!

I received exceptional service at this store. After receiving my new Iphone, I was unable to call out. After calling AT&T with no resolution, I went to this store. They spent a few hours with me and resolved my issue.

Just walked by the store some slickster had me signing a contract and a lean on my car before I knew what hit me great phone though even though I had to say no to a phone case 11 times...
