Very nice staff, BUT! Made a purchase on 3/22. Staff said he NEEDED my ID as they start an account with every purchaser??? Didnt happen. I summoned the manager and she was able to complete the sale without my name, address, DOB, NV dl# etc. Big tech wants it all folks! . .

It was like trying buy and sell from a psycho ward,there was people there talking to Ken on stuff that I had already looked up and making opinions that I did not need to to know and where negative toward the product I brought in? I did not know these people and I was trying to get enough money to buy a digital camera there, I will buy one the EZ Pawn Boulder HWY Henderson if they have one,this never happened at this store?

I was treated with respect and was helped by 3 people because what I was doing wasnt easy. Even though it was closing they made sure all was done right.

The superpawn is always very helpful and quick to answer questions, however I the new system in place that requires so much personal information to make a purchase, even under $5 is unnerving.

Not relabel pawn shop they are a big scamThey lost my 10k gold men’s ring worth $200 That I pawn three days ago and I pawn it for $50 three day later to get it and they can’t find it and won’t pay me back for my ring they lost

Went in to pay on my item and was told I was a day too late, someone changed my due date from the 10th of the month to the 9th without giving me any notice. I have always paid on the 10th.Beware when doing business with this company.

Typical Super Pawn they buy low and sell High but a lot of times going into this store/pawn store often they have a lot of things that I wouldnt see another pawn shop and often they have great sales, and the staff are very friendly.
