This place is the worst place to rent from. If you rent from here, be careful, you will have a lot I f rules to abide by, and eventually you will be evicted, regardless of how your rent is on time, and your yard is clean. Oh and dont have visitors they will say they moved in with you!!!!! I lost my section 8 behind false accusations and is making me pay for things I wasnt even aware of getting broken.

Quiet Place

Terrible place to rent from. The owner doesnt want to help when you need it. The crappy trailer I was renting had faulty wiring and popped and surged after rain. So whenever Id tell them I needed it fixed, theyd pretend it was a loose bolt. So then I got an electric bill of almost $400. So I told them I wanted to break lease and he gave me a 30 day thinking hell get more for the trailer. So of course he didnt even put it up for rent after i moved out so Id lose my deposit. I refused to pay them the last month cause I knew hed do that. Dont rent from him and dont go through provenza.

I heard about this place from a friend at Terribles Lakeside, so I thought I would check it out. The manager was able to show me some rent to own mobile homes but I went with a rental, since I may have been getting a big settlement soon. I have been renting here for over 2 years, and love it. I get treated better here than I have at any apartments or even hotels in Pahrump. The casinos could learn something from the people running this place, because they are doing it right. Keep up the good work guys!

Nice little mobile/rv place. Ray the property management was easy to talk to.
