I’m buying a atv and I decided to get a tow hitch put on my wife’s Subaru Outback. Everywhere I’ll looked online it was about $300 for a hitch kit with electrical. These guys got me set and ready to go with a new coupler ball for under $400. And it took less than an hour to install. Not to mention the life time warranty...🤘I would recommend to this service to anyone.

I purchased my tonneau cover from here. I came in not knowing exactly which one I wanted. The salesman (and I apologize for forgetting his name), steered me towards a lower priced cover than what I was expecting to buy. They worked with me on an installation time (I had to put it off a day due to a work conflict). They squeezed me in on another day and installed it in about a half hour. I couldn’t be happier with the product I bought and the service I received from here.The only negative is their hours can be challenging to work around. 4:30pm close during the week and 1pm on Saturday’s. Not ideal with my schedule but I managed to make it work.

Ordered some Weathertech floor mats for my Durango. They arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and staff were friendly and helpful, including giving good instructions for prepping the mats so they laid flat.

They have great service and go out of their way to fix mistakes when they are wrong. That is why the 4 star and not 5. They ordered the wrong color side steps for my truck, forcing me to return to have the correct ones put on. But they were very knowledgeable. Mistakes happen and they corrected it.

My hitch was done by tech & he did a great job. The trailer power was installed quickly but not what was supposed to be done. That guy at counter was to busy talking on his cell phone with his friends. He should not be in that position. The tech work as I said is fine but guy behind counter needs major training. I also wanted car start system installed but he was so busy talking about partying he wouldnt wait on customers. I will never go to them again.I also see they have advertising on hitch. I will be removing that. I have a company that wants to pay to advertise on that spot. Im paying to have trailer power installed that they didnt install as to agreement.

An edit of my post of a year ago. Upping the review to 3 out of 5 stars. The electrics installed do not always work, and the cap still leaks even after bringing it in after install again to get it fixed a year ago. However, previous complaints I had written here were overblown, so it is only right that I re-evaluate my review. Im not sure I would come back here, but sour moods after spending so much money compound every small bad experience so what was actually wrong is lost in the red mist. I would be willing to give it another shot.
