I purchased three mattresses yesterday from sleep fitters. However, I came into mattress firm, and someone was already there. The salesman was with her for about 10 minutes. She was done and having small talk. I dont really have a problem with that. Yet, about 5 minutes after I arrived another woman arrived. He skipped right over me knowing for sure I was there first. I just purchased a purple 2 hybrid mattress and adjustable frame from Marc in Painesville . I called last evening and spoke with him about the products and availability. We were in need of a new mattress and stopped by several places in Mentor. After not finding anything we liked we ended up at Mattress Firm in Painesville. We were greeted by Mark who was very friendly, but not pushy. He asked us some questions and then made some suggestions for mattresses that could be a good fit for our needs. Each time we tried a new mattress, he asked good questions and helped us narrow down what actually felt the best. Ultimately we decided on a Serta hybrid and Mark gave us a very fair package. We havent received the mattress yet at our request, but if the delivery and product are as good as our experience with Mark, well be very happy.

I went to the Mattress Firm on Mentor Ave. In Painesville. I had a great experience. I spent several hours trying out different brands of mattress and comfort levels. Purchasing a new mattress can be excruciating! It’s so personal to you! Yet so personal to your spouse! Our salesman, Derek Deyemand was perfect. He told my husband the technical details, and let me use every pillow in the store until I found the perfect match up of pillow & mattress. We found our bed and it was in stock and being delivered in 4 days! Amazing! No hidden fees! All kinds of rebates! We started out looking at Sleep Number, because of features we wanted but for twice the cost. We purchased an adjustable bed base with zero gravity and a posture pedic mattress hybrid that worked for both hubby, the stomach sleeper, and myself, the side sleeper. Again, no hidden fees for the remote, ours comes with purchase.

I casually went for a visit & I’ve been wanting to purchase mattresses but didn’t know what to pick, Briana, greeted me & was super patient with me & show me different options & made my decision easy to make. The salesman men made a mistake with my order had to go back to the store he felt bad for his mistake I was ok with going back to the store was told that he will work some numbers for us did also say that my credit card will not be charged till the bed was delivered. Come to find out that’s not true. He said he canceled my order and we would have to rework everything was pushing financing big and we told him we did not want to do that. We told him that we will come back to the store the next day we had to go to another store because that’s where he was working. We talked to the salesman in the morning and decided that we would pay cash for 1/2 the order and then do 120 day same as cash we’ll come to find out my charge card was charged and then he went to charge it again the next day and my card was declined I call my credit card and was told that my card was not to be charged and he called someone on his end and the leasing company said that the order was just canceled and the money from the night before .my credit card company said the money will not be back on my card for 7-10 days and then my salesman asked me for a different card and my husband and I told him we are done with you and this company and we walked out. Went to your competitor right Nextdoor to your store in Painesville was in and out of the store with in 1hour very smooth got the same bed two sets of sheets and two pillows and is being delivered a week earlier and on a side note are salesperson stated that he has not seen the same car at mattresses firm For a two week period . Must be going threw some type of turnover.

We had such a good experience dealing with Mattress Firm in Painesville. If you are looking for a mattress, you have to stop in and see everything they have to offer! The staff was very helpful and informative! Its a little overwhelming when you start looking for a mattress and you arent exactly sure what youre looking for, but the staff was great in helping my husband and I figure out what type of mattress we were looking for. They spent a ton of time with us allowing us to try out many of the mattresses and allowing us to narrow it down to something we both loved! Now we are awaiting delivery of our new mattress! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

My boyfriend and I came in and lashaun helped us out. We came in an hour before close and he was helping another customer. The computer was going slow and had to be reset. By the time he had gotten around to helping us out it was pretty close to closing time. He stayed almost a half hour after close to help us out and get us our mattress and didnt make me feel like a burden for keeping him past closing time. He was very professional, helpful, and nice. The mattress we ordered was there two days after ordering, and josh called me to let me know it arrived. Everyone ive spoken to at the Mattress Firm was so nice and I will definitely be doing business there again.
