The lobby is closed in the afternoon and when placing a drive thru order for a simple milkshake the response from the staff is I guess with a resulting disgusting milkshake. If you dont know how to make one I would rather have been told that than paying the $7. If I wanted milk I would have gone to the grocery store and paid a lot less. Next time it will be another fast food place, their flavors are limited but at least Id get an actual milkshake without the rudeness.

We arrived at 545pm after driving 45 minutes to the establishment. The website says carry out and the sign on the door says carry out but the door is locked. When inquiring, they said they close the lobby sometime around maybe 5:00 and do drive through only. This is in a small area and it is not overwhelming busy. Im tired of places being too lazy to serve their customers.

I went through the drive thru and placed orders for two quarts of ice cream. There were two guys standing there told me they didnt have the ice cream in the freezer. So I asked them to hand pack it. They told me they couldnt. I dont see this business lasting long.

Baskin Robins closes at 11pm, right? Well, I go through the drive through at 8:35pm and they said that they cannot serve me because they’re closing baskin-robins down for the night. (Which is obviously attracted to Dunkin Donuts that is also still supposed to be open) ridiculous! I swear this location acts like they don’t want to stay in business with their lack of customer service, consistency and cleanliness!

Do not recommend! Horrible service. We had to wait forever and our orders werent right once we finally got our stuff.

Horrible customer service!! The manager on duty had a very oh well attitude. We called after there were nuts placed on my sundae (without my consent) because they were out of the topping I ordered. Im highly allergic and the girl on the phone had no cares in the world! Not to mention we had to call at least 7 times before we got ahold of someone. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Fast not so friendly service. The tables are durty. Staff looks unhappy and mad most of the time. Wish the business owner offered better service for paying customers. Im winning myself out of it.

Girls working in there were super nice and the service was quick

I have never had any issues with food I have received, but I have had some not-so-great service. Teenagers to busy talking or on their phone to pay attention to the customers, kinda frustrating.

The staff was friendly and helpful once they bothered to acknowledge our presence in the store. Store was clean and the ice cream was quite good.
