Dr Kerns is great. Very nice and listens to you. He did my surgery and Im very satisfied. Wish he was a general practitioner so he could do all my doctoring needs!

The doctor and staff I saw are some of the most professional and concerned about my health that Ive seen in my 64 years. They made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in a safe place.

VERY disappointed with my visit today with Dr. Bold. I saw him years ago and it was fine but today not at all!! My appt. was for 3:15. I wasnt seen until 4:15. Then I was rushed & Dr. Bold seemed like he didnt want to be bothered with my case. I had to interrupt him several times to get all my medical info in. He dismissed everything I said & was actually bothered that I was trying to tell him my medical history which was pertinent to my being there to see him. I cant stand it when doctors dismiss patients. Its my health & I have a right to be in control of it. Proper care can only be provided when all the information is given.

This is a great practice of amazing doctors. Very helpful office staff - easy to make appointments. I normally see Dr. Gaugler, who is so relatable and treats me and my husband like friends when we have an appointment. All of the other doctors in the practice are highly recommended as well. I continue to recommend Dr. Gaugler and Eastside whenever someone is looking for an ENT specialist!
