I visited AquaTech Marine for the first time today. I drove there which is straight across Florida from where I live a 3-hour plus drive. I had my eye on a used boat and had spoke with the sales manager via phone several times. Today I went to test drive and possibly purchase the boat. I can tell you this if youre searching for a new or used boat no place beats AQUA TECH !! From the minute I walked inside and was greeted by Doug the parts manager I felt welcome and at home. Then I met Mark the service manager that proceeded to answer all my questions about the boat I came to purchase. Finally I met the sales manager Josh and the total boat purchasing experience was awesome. I have never been treated better or taken care of purchasing cars boats anything. NO PRESSURE at all very open about the boat and history. Great sea trial from Mark, very thorough about the boat from live wells to trolling motor, depth finder, bilge, fuel tanks etc .. every basis covered. Josh took me through the purchase paperwork extremely thorough and was very helpful from signing to forwarding proof of insurance etc to my financial institution. This group here at AQUA TECH are second to none in the boating industry and deserve a big shout out to THEIR excellent work. I will definitely recommend others to not waste time and go directly to AQUA TECH to fill their boating needs!!

I have taken two different boats for service. Both times they said it would be a certain time for completion. First time was a few weeks after. Second time they didnt even touch the boat. Neither time were parts required. I picked up the boat and am taking to a more reputable company. Customer service is not their priority.

Josh and the entire team were absolutely outstanding. We drove nearly 2 hours to purchase our first ever boat, a brand new 2019 Bayliner Element E16. Without question, we would make the trip again for service or if we decide to upgrade in the future. Very competitive pricing, no games or outrageous fees. Everybody present made us feel comfortable with the process, took their time showing us the boats features, kept my 3 year old daughter occupied after a long trip and more. You will be made to feel a part of the family at the end, would certainly recommend anyone in the state to make the trip here.

Mark and crew invited me down to fix my issue with my Ultrex trolling motor and had me in and out the door in a couple hours. Was well worth the couple hour drive. I would highly recommend using them for any services on your boat.

Seems to me that some of these recent reviews may have just been the rantings of a disgruntled ex employee. I came in recently to have my boat serviced and could not have been happier with my experience! The Service manager Mark, Doug, and the mechanic Rick took their time explaining everything that was going on with my boat and motor, were very thorough and were even able to finally fix some issues that multiple other dealers had not been able to figure out. On top of all this, they not only completed my repairs ahead of the time frame I was given, but the final bill was LOWER than the original estimate as the repairs did not take as long as they were expecting. Couldnt tell you the last time I paid LESS than I was expecting for boat repairs. Just goes to show that customer service is alive and well, and there are still some places that can be trusted to be honest! I will definitely be back any time I have a question or need work done on my boat - Thanks so much guys!!!

I do not recommend!!!If you dont know anything about boats, do not go to Aqua Tech Marine they will take advantage of your knowledge.4 years ago I bought my first boat a KEY WEST SPORTSMAN 1720, it was running ruff stalls at low RPM so I thought Aqua Tech Marine the closest to me, so I took it for diagnostic tests so the result: it needed carburetor, fuel system cleaning and some parts, so after a $1000.00 work I pick it up I took it to the River with over a half tank of gas on my gage after 3 minutes stalls I took it back to Aqua Tech Marine for them to tell me that the gas tank was empty because they disposed of my gas while they were working on it and the sender was not working, but when they returned to me it was working we are taking about the same day, so I asked to put a new one for another $100.00, so whole time I been having problems with water in my fuel, after surging on the web I checked the sender to find out that only 1 of 5 screws was thigh, that was the the water problem, be aware.

Great company with great service. Communication was very good throughout the whole process . they didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didnt need. Troy was the rep I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. The young man (I didnt catch his name) showed me how to work the new systems they installed and added a few screws on an item they didnt have anything to do with! Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done!

Ive taken my boats here for service a few times, and I even purchased a new outboard here a couple of years ago. They are knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly. They are usually on time with work, and the prices are reasonable. The work is good, and they do a fair job of letting you know what is needed work vs what is nice to have work, so that you dont break the bank if you dont have to.If you live in the area and need some work, give them a shot.

Having a slight background in working on boats and seeing all my friends get taken advantage of at other shops in the area, I was very skeptical of where to bring my boat for service. The guys at Aquatech are honest and never once tried selling me something I didn’t need. My motor is now running better than it ever has. What really set them apart was when they went out of their way to contact me and ask how the boat was running, knowing I had taken it out the weekend before. I will definitely be going back if I need more service on my boat!

I do not recommend taking a boat there for service. About 4 years ago we took our boat there to be serviced and, amongst other things, have our fuel sending unit replaced. We have been dealing with water in our fuel issue for quite some time. We thought the vent tube wasnt installed correctly and the gasket on fuel cap was bad. All of which has been dealt with. Then I finally thought of the fuel sending unit, but clearly it wouldnt be leaking in from there!!!! Boy was I wrong!! Upon inspecting it, I discovered that only 3 out of the 5 bolts were in the fuel sending unit plate, one of which was not even close to being tight. There was about a 1/4 gap between the plate and the tank. This unit is located directly below an access panel of the deck. These panels leak and there is mildew visible on the fuel tank and the threads of the access panel. After correcting the issue and replacing the gasket and installing 5 new bolts I inspected the old gasket only to find white salt water residue on the black gasket. I believe I found the water leak and will not be taking a boat to Aqua Tech ever again.

Been bringing my boat here since I moved to the area and I can honestly say they have really good boat mechanics there. You never get the feeling that they are trying to upsell you or add to your existing problem. They genuinely just want to see you back on the water. I know that i will be returning there for any boat problem that I may have in the future!

Aqua tech has the best service and sales departments in this area. They know what they are doing and treat you as a friend rather than a customer. They have never disappointed me.

I find Aqua Tech Marine to be the best Bayliner dealership, not just in their area, but in the whole state of Florida. I drove all the way from West Palm Beach to get the deal that no other dealerships had to offer. Josh, who is the sales manager made me very comfortable to deal with. He gave me the out-the-door quote with no pressure. I had been to so many boat dealerships looking for the perfect boat for a newbie like me, but always got turned down by price and what they have in stock. Took boat in for specific repair. Quoted very fair price and proceeded to fix. They found another issue while fixing the first and fixed it for the cost of the part. Very reasonable and will be getting all my repair business!!

Rob the owner is a great guy to work with and his crew is always willing to help in anyway they can. I have two boats from them and as boats gone you will get stuff needs work i never had a problem with the guys. A++++ in my book.

Well they have removed a previous negative review I posted.When they worked on my boat they miss quoted parts by $200.00. They said they questtamated. They lost a hatch for battery and oil tank compartment on a trail test run in the inter coastal which they claimed wasnt on the boat when I brought it in. On the same test run the broke the center console lose from the floor which they denied as well.I suggest you get written estimates for repairs and do not let them test run your boat in the inter coastal unless you accompany them on the test run.John Larson at Beach Marine Service in Port Canaveral is an excellent alternative.

Dont know if it right to get your carburator back IN PIECES after 5 MONTHS. It went there running great and they literally gave me a bag of parts and pieces.They just cost me more money than it was worth and 8 months without my boat. This guy is out for himself. The proof is ridiculous. TERRIBLE service department.Screwed me on a Trolling motor too....Go somewhere else.

Aquatech came highly recommended, so after having problems with ill running motor with my newly purchased 2001 23ft used boat that never ran right from the time i bought it a month ago, and after changing many parts as shade tree machanics do, the problem, after 40 seconds on plane the 225 optimax would go into limp mode and idle back to the dock withour throwing an alarm. I pulled it to adquatech to be evaluated and to my pleasant surprise the guy met me at the gate and looked around at the engine without ever pulling the cowling off, he could see i had a older truck and in hock for a boat that i just bought that doesn’t run right since i bought it as I explained.I could kiss him for what he said, he recommanded I do something and bring it back, well that something fixed my problem and I won’t hesitate to bring my boat back for anything i might need in the future. He could have easily took me for a ride because i was at the end of my rope on what was causing my problem, which was a easy fix and something simple. Thank you, thank you, thank you, after all that stress of borrowing and buying a broken boat, I truly needed a break. Honesty is hard to find these days.

Bad service they broke my brand new starter. Then they lied to me how it happened. They lied twice and would not be straight with me. They are out for themselves not fair to customer. Left me high and dry. I would never go back there. Just warning you save your money go somewhere else.

When I first dealt with them they were pretty good until i had a real problem> I had a hull issue that was supposed to be guaranteed but when i took it back to get repaired they said they wouldnt touch it and just tried to sell me another boat. dont count on any guarantees from them.

Best mechanic from Vero to Cocoa!

I took a boat to this guy because he is suppose to be an expert in suzuki outboards. Well lets say that my three year old could probably have done a better job. He charged me $1500 to go through the fuel delivery system and that supposedly resolved any issues. The motor continued to blow fuel out of the exhaust so I took it to another trustworthy mechanic to find out that all the parts on the powerhead was mismatched and that was the reason it didnt run properly. A so called exepert should have noticed that it had parts that was for a 225 not a 150. Basically he made himself $1500 dollars and solved none of the issues with the motor. So beware the guy will Rob you blind no pun inteeded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
