This was a very nice store. Unfortunately they closed this location last year. I heard they have another store in West Palm Beach somewhere.

Had to shop forna customer last week at Sur La Table. Needed to make sure the specific pattern was in stock, for a $700+ purchase. The manager was super professional, and very helpful from beginning to end of transaction. Great customer service is the 🔑 to repeat business, and this store has a 5 🌟 rating in my book! My customer was very pleased everything ordered was in stock. A win/win/win experience!

I was unable to get the attention of a sales associate for nearly 5 minutes. Once I did, while she was polite, she was unhelpful. When I attempted to speak with the manager, the manager was rude and short tempered.Ive had two other not so positive experiences here in the past two months. I used to enjoy shopping here when they first opened, but the store has been declining in service for the prices they charge.Another nearby high-end kitchen supply store always has exceptional service.

Not only does the store have everything for a cook but the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and makes every experience a delight. Plenty of personal attention and service make all the difference when you search for something needed for the kitchen or for entertaining. There are always plenty of gift items for anyone on your list - great BBQ stuff and lovely decorating and entertaining accessories.

Associates were super attentive, offering coffee?! assortment was very well organized and sale items clearly obvious!

Pepper mill ceramic mechanism broke after 5 months of use. Sur La Table do not stand behind their products. Only 60 day return/exchange policy even though the manufacturer covers the mechanism for 10 years. Will no longer be purchasing from Sur La Table.
