I met with Joe and Wendy to get an education on the different type of mattresses to decide if I should keep the mattress I purchased from another source or consider purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm. Both were great describing and having me test showroom mattresses to feel the differences and understand hybrid, gel foam, wrapped springs, foam types, etc. They both were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I left with the knowledge I needed to make a decision.

Very helpful service. We went in to the palm beach gardens location off off PGA National. We walked in had very little idea what we were looking for. Wendy greeted us and was very kind and helpful. She educated us on our options and guided us around the store. Something we thought was going to take a long time ended up only taking about 30 min in and out.

Wendy was great! After the online service completely screwed up my order (as in didnt tell me until delivery day that a mattress was back ordered and not available until 10 days later), she told me to come in (before they opened) helped me look at mattress options that were in stock and got me secured into a delivery slot the next day that worked with my work schedule! She was Fantastic!I do not recommend their online ordering services (even if you chat with a sales representative...mine didnt care that Id be without a mattress for 10 nights due to his inability to follow up on orders).

I haven’t been shopping for a mattress in over 10 years. Technology has changed greatly and there’s only so much research you can do online. I tried Casper, Sleep Number and was willing to buy online but wanted to first understand what I preferred. Between Memory Foam, Hybrid or Coil with pillow top like we were used to. Firstly having a store like Matress Firm where you can see first hand what you may like - is awesome! You can’t buy everything online! Secondly it matters who you buy it from! Out of everyone we dealt with Linda Bowen was spectacular!!!! She walked us through our choices, didn’t try and sell us anything. When we finally narrowed it down she gave us lots of options on upgrades/downgrades, terms, extras, savings and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. I can’t thank her enough! She made a potentially daunting process easy!

We always buy our mattresses at Mattress Firm, and yesterday we went to the store in Northlake Commons Shopping Center on Northlake Boulevard. We needed to replace our king size mattress with two twin size mattresses and Joseph Cerulli, our salesman, helped us find the appropriate mattress for us. We told Joe how much we liked our new mattress at our home up north, and he looked us up in their computer system. As it turns out, those mattresses were in the store and Joe was able to order them for us at a good price. We really appreciate all that Joe did to meet our needs. Wow, what else can I say. Joe was amazing, he answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time going over each mattress we looked at. We did the worse thing imaginable and came in 10 minutes before closing and Nancy was kind enough to let us try mattresses out and not rush us out of the store. My wife had a lot of questions and concerns as we went through the different options Nancy was able to put all her fears to rest which allowed us to come to a decision that we felt comfortable with.
