Beautiful location & very helpful staff! Especially loved the brick architectural elements on the outside. Large selection of books, activity sets for kids/children, cards, journals, magazines of all subjects, (& things on sale!)

This is one of the nicest Barnes and Nobles I have been to, personally. It is very large with an excellent selection of literature.Everybody I interacted with was pleasant and wearing a mask. Also, the Starbucks inside had a full assortment of snacks and drinks. Definitely will be returning.

What? Physical pape books? Theres nothing like them. While digital texts are nice its also really refreshing to have a physical copy. Great store thats been here a long time. Love the coffee shop and large selection.

First time at this location. It is a big store. With that being said I was saddened to see not a lot of seats that customers could sit on to take a break. There were tables and chairs in the back where a little drink bar was but I would think thats for the customers only. They have a nice selection of books. Kind of hard to find different sections especially for a first time visitor. It would be nice to have a little brochure of the different places when we walk in. One thing I did notice was that NO ONE welcomed us to Barnes and Nobles.

Very well organized, by collections such as Mysteries, non-fiction, etc. DVD section is space but has some hard-to-find foreign and classic movies.

Wonderful selection of books, the store was alive with seekers of knowledge. Do yourself a favor and buy more books.

I have NEVER experience anything like this before at any establishment and I never thought I would experience it at a store I’ve been frequenting since I was a child.I ordered two drinks and a grilled cheese and a chipotle turkey that totaled 26 dollars, I payed cash. My other friend ordered her own drink and a sandwich in a separate transaction and she payed for hers with a card.My sandwich never came out which was fine and the barista said someone else must ha e taken it and made it again. It wasn’t until the end of our meal that an older white manager Jennifer approached us claiming that I never payed for one of our sandwiches. I took her word for it because maybe the barista never rang it up and I did not want to get her in trouble. I payed for the sandwich but then checked my receipt and I actually WAS charged for everything.I came back up to ask for my 8 dollars back because I was charged for it in the first place. Jennifer was adamant that she was right and that I recieved 3 sandwiches even though I had proof of my receipt. She then accused my other friend who had her own separate order that SHE didn’t pay for HER sandwich as well. We showed her the bank statement that proved she payed for hers. She decided she still needed to check the security cameras because she couldn’t find the order in the system. She said the bank statement didn’t look right.By the end of this ordeal we had spent an additional 35 minutes on this situation alone. She finally realized she was in the wrong and that we did not try to steal a sandwich. She comped my friends drink and sandwich but didnt even give me my money back for the sandwich I wasn’t supposed to pay for in the first place until I said something AGAIN.Speaking rude and condescendingly and a 35 minute ordeal. Accusing of us trying to get a free sandwich that was only 8 dollars. I was not compensated for my time being wasted. I am in the food service industry myself and I would never handle this situation the way it was. It makes it seem that this was a racially profiled situation and because we look younger that it must have been our fault somehow in Jennifers eyes.

Clean, open, and great selection of books. If there is a book youre looking for but cant find in store, they can order it for you and have it delivered to your home. Or if you prefer the in-store experience, you can opt to pick it up in person when it arrives.

We wish the Barnes & Nobel bookstores had books on display that were more politically balanced. Their advertised selections are very disappointing.

I love reading, so barns n noble is like my happy place and the Starbucks inside just adds onto that.

First of all, I love book stores. Could spend hours in them, this place is no different. Its a good size place so youre not crammed together, which is a good thing these days. Wide variety of books, games, and videos. Also has a coffee shop inside which also serves food I believe, saw people sitting there and reading. Check it out, wish there were more places like this.

One of the staff seemed quite stressed out and interrupted when I asked her about a product in the store... she took social distancing to the extreme as I was trying to show her a picture of a product I was looking for off my phone. It didnt appear as if it was not in stock even though it was online. Another staff member was kind enough to sell me something I picked up on impulse. She was better suited for customers as the other seemed terrified of them.

With such a large selection of publications they really need to have more retail sales people working the floor in order to help customers locate specific books or subjects that are hard to find.

Hello, Ive never been to a place where the workers wont help me no matter how lost I am. I had to ask 4 people just to get the help I needed and I was just so confused on why they werent willing to help me. They just kept saying in the corner. Then when I called my friend telling her how they wouldnt help me she said how she was in the store the day before and they were talking down and screaming at a man. Not to mention he was black and so I think they are prejudice and uninviting to the black customers who come just to get simple things.

Meant only as a stop for calendar but found so much more.. found hard to find toys, advanced Spirograph, Etch-A-Sketch, Calendar (excellent selection), & a book at the coffee bar worth buying and only $5.00. 👌💪

Theres something about being able to just walk through stacks of books (and board games) to browse that cant be replaced with shopping online. Great selection of boardgames, which was my goal for this trip, but always nice to just see what new books are out and maybe buy/read one at the cafe.

Comfortable atmosphere to work online. Free wifi and inspiration surrounds you when your bored or need to take a break.

The bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning. Everything else was nice and neat.

I love barnes and noble! Its so peaceful and quiet inside, and every time I go I end up spending more time there then I planed on!🤣I love the BN cafe as well! They sell my favorite starbucks drinks but have WAY BETTER food than starbucks! My only issue is I think there should be couches so you can sit down and read their books. Great book and vinal selections!

I work for a maintenance facility company which I do work for Barnes & Noble etc etc. Besides the point when I come in there to do my work everybody is so friendly to help me to satisfy me in every need watch I need to do my work. As I look around I see people enjoying herself looking at books and also getting professional help from the employees. They also have a a Starbucks inside and what you can relax on a computer whatever you wish and enjoy get some good Refreshments or pastry once again to staff is very friendly and professional so I advise going there and enjoying yourself thank you

Convenient content layout. A good selection of new titles. Wide range of books and movies. I was excited because they have a lot of books on veganism and vegan recipes on offer. Its easy to find and choose what you want.

Beat books foe the best prices

When I want to peruse books and walk through the stacks, this is my go-to place. Amazon is great but sometimes I just want the smell of books. Parking has never been an issue and service is great. The parking lot can be a bit crazy so go slow and stay aware.

As far as I know, this is the only bookstore anywhere near Jupiter. They have a pretty good selection of books, especially for children. There is a little Starbucks if you want to hang out and read. I dont like the amount of floorspace that is taken up with toys and tchotchkes but I guess those items are probably pretty high margin so I understand. I do wish that they would bring back the little kiosks for looking up books. If you are looking for something even slightly esoteric it is nearly impossible to find and having to track down an employee to look things up for you is a drag.

Finding a brick and mortar bookstore is hard now that online sales dominate the market. Sure, I buy online too. But nothing beats browsing in a real bookstore, dipping into the pages of many books before choosing one (or more). Barnes & Noble is great for that. Its especially nice that I can begin reading my book(s) while sitting at the in-store coffee cafe. And thats what I just did today!

The book store is fine but the 1 star is for the Starbucks. After waiting patiently for 4 people to order I had one person ordering in front of me. While she ordered and payed another employee stepped out and asked the guy, who just walked up behind me, what he wanted to drink and immediately began making it. I motioned that I was next and the women at the register said dont worry Ill get your order when Im done waiting on her (the person in front of me). For no reason I was skipped over completely.

Employee helped me find the book I wanted in 10 seconds flat. Pay list price, but in most cases its worth it!

Super helpful staff and a cozy spot to read with a coffee in the back. You cant ask for much more from a book store. Parking is easy, and they finally replaced the super heavy front doors with automatic sliding doors. Great place.

I love walking into Barnes & Noble - the smell of new books and coffee is inviting! I needed help to find a particular book and within minutes I was escorted to what I was looking for. Best place to find your book or magazine of choice!

Barnes & NobleOne of the best barnesandnoble staffs Ive ever seen. Everyone was Ultra helpful. One of the workers stayed and talked to my friend about one of the books he purchased for 15 minutes. She was obviously very well educated, and could not have been nicer.Another staff member stayed with me and my friend until we found exactly what we were looking for.Convenient parking in clean public restroom.

My favorite place to just walk around and get ideas. They have a good book selection and lots of cool board games. Its nice you can go in and read a book before you decide if you want to check it out or not. The cage inside is also awesome with very friendly and attentive staff.
