I snuck in to this office on a last minute appointment on a Saturday at 2pm and this location was extremely busy. I arrived early and waited, but I was seen on time for my 1 hour test drive.The staff was limited to 3 people. However, they were extremely knowledgeable and I did not have one question that they werent able to immediately answer.Theyre located on the 2nd floor of Gardens Mall just across from Chanel and Lakes Fifth Avenue. Schedule your test drive in advance and have a copy of your Insurance and Drivers License.

Outstanding experience from the moment I ordered the car all the way to delivery. AJ is definitely the go to guy for ordering your new car. He was just as hyped as I was about getting the new car! Answered all my questions and some I didnt even know I had. Highly recommended!!

Just took delivery of my Model 3 and couldnt be happier! Tesla takes all the negatives of the typical car buying experience out of the equation and makes the whole thing easy, transparent, and straightforward. The whole experience has been great. Staff is very hands off, not very informed on their own vehicles and down right condescending towards practical and less informed customers...Was hoping for a better experience in trying to get my parents into a car that will better serve them. My Tesla car buying experience was awesome thanks to my Advisor AJ. I had a different Advisor to begin with but AJ stepped in got my car ordered with the upgrades I wanted. I never felt like I was bothering him even though I mistakenly called and texted him on his days off.We are now in the process of purchasing Tesla solar with the help of AJ. He makes all the technology talk in easy to understand wording. We feel that AJ is a friend not just someone were doing business with.Kudos to AJ!

Excellent facility with exceptional material.

Our experience appears to be a pattern at this location. Very similar to a previous post. My wife and I walked in and were completely ignored by one of the staff members who continue to appear busy on his laptop however as soon as another couple (different race) walk-in he jumped up and engaged them in conversation. Saddens me as we own two Tesla vehicle’s.

I dont really understand why these stores have been popping up inside malls. This Outside the box thinking just doesnt make any sense to me but the cars are nice.

Very good place to learn about Tesla vehicles, what Tesla has to offer and take a Tesla for a test drive to find out what an electric car is all about. You will find that an electric car is very quick from a stop and can accelerate very quickly too. You will discover the Tesla automobiles have a large range they are able to go before needing a charge. I would definitely consider any Tesla vehicle as a definite possibility in choice for next car. Was totally impressed with vehicles and the charging infrastructure Tesla already has in place for long trips. Just wish other manufacturers would work with others to increase charging ability for their vehicles to the extent Tesla has!

Went for a test drive and the salesperson (whos name I didnt catch) was awesome. Whole experience was smooth and easy, and most importantly never felt pressured to buy or sit for a sales pitch...complete opposite to most dealer test drives there were no expectations other than checking out the car

Firstly......its tesla!!!! You want to learn about automobile technology? Visit here. I was helped by a young man (I think his name was Trevor) that was very informed about his products. Every question was answered without hesitation. From price to specs to possible financing.....this gentleman had it covered. I may be in the market for a tesla in the next few months and this is the guy I want on my side. Btw....go in here and sit in the cars. They are absolutely amazing.

Walked in expecting to be greeted and wasnt even acknowledged. Was in this store looking at the 3 cars they had on display for approximately 45 minutes and not even a hello. Their were 3 late teens to very early 20s salespeople sitting behind a desk playing on their cellphones. I walked up to ask questions and each one was annoyed, so they lost a sale.

The guys there were very knowledgeable and very nice. The store is very well put together. I believe Tesla is the future.

Odd to have a car dealer in the mall but very informative

They act like theyre all about the environment, but I just got threatened with trespass for using one of their chargers. Tesla and Tesla drivers are more pompous than BMW drivers!

The saleswoman that helped us was very knowledgeable. And took time to explain a lot of things about the automobile.

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give. Me and my husband ordered a Tesla online this morning. I was super excited so I actually want to go see the car in person. So I drove 55 miles to the palm beach location, I had some question regarding charging at home station and warranty? I had the worst customer service experience. The gentleman at the front named Giovanni couldn’t even great “Not hey how are you how can I help you “ or anything. So me and my husband started to ask question just to get vague responses. He said I didn’t hear you what did you say. We were standing right in front of him? He could even take his eyes of his laptop to even look at us. It was very uncomfortable. This is why In store retail is failing and people rather do things online. If this is the type of representation Tesla has going on. We will not be a customers. So now I regret my purchase and considering going to a different competitor. Where my questions and concerns will be taken in to consideration. And I will receive a better customer service experience.
