Went for my first eye exam. Afterwards worked with Zach. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time to review my results and explain what kind of glasses I would need. I went into Stanton Optical on may 1, 2021, in the afternoon and I was helped by Jocelyn, Sarah and checked out by Stephen. They were all very helpful. They all were very polite. Sarah was kind enough to give me her opinion on the glasses frames I was choosing. And Jocelyn was super helpful through the process of the exam. Stephen also was very helpful in breaking down the charges for the lens and contacts and frames step by step so I understood what I was paying for. I would recommend this location to any of my family members. I plan to return when I need a new exam thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.
I would not recommend them, i have been wearing contacts since I was 13 years old.. I went there recently for my yearly exam, it was all virtual. No real doctor. And the exam came back completely wrong script. I have been wearing the same prescription for 15 years and it came back TOTALLY different. They tried to talk me in to trying it. I walked to my car and couldnt see basic street signs. Costco has a great optical department.
Excellent experience. Stephen was amazing - so professional, knowledgeable and nice. The entire staff were attentive, caring and helpful. And the testing technologies they use are so much more advanced than other places I had eye exams done in the past. I highly recommend switching to them .
Worst experience of my life with the television Dr. 2nd my prescription was not right progressive lenses went to far up can barely drive with them an the tint walking into the sun is horrible, glad I found my original glasses before they finally had mine ready...!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is horrible I wish I could hide in the back from my supervisor job just cause more customers showed up at once.. Dont worry we get it your too busy to acknowledge us. Will never go back!!!!!!!!
Though its too soon to get my glasses and give a more detailed review, I did spend 2 hours at the store getting an eye exam and looking at the eyeglasses. Both Zach and Steve were very helpful. Especially Steve. Patient, professional, and friendly . Customer service was excellent

I took my husband into Stanton, Palm Beach Gardens, today to see if they would adjust his glasses. He is a disabled veteran so he gets his glasses from the VA. Jedd and Zack were so kind and helpful. They not only adjusted my husband’s glasses but a lens had come out of my sunglasses....they fixed them too. Would recommend this store.
Very accommodating. I went in to get my glasses fixed. Even though I didn’t buy them at Stanton, Stephen Jay fixed them up as good as new. I will be back to buy my glasses from Stanton.

I was surprised that the whole exam was done by a person on a television screen. Besides seeming kind of impersonal it went fine. My contacts arrived earlier than promised. Each box was marked with an L or an R to indicate which eye. I was relieved to have my prescription since they did not have them in stock for a try on during my appointment. Two weeks later after changing to new lenses, I noticed that the two boxes I had opened were the same prescription. In checking the boxes I noted that those left and right stickers were placed randomly and only some of them were correctly placed. I guess the moral is to check the boxes since I am now a little short on right lenses!

Worst Eye Exam Ever. Didn’t pick up my astigmatism and changed my script so much that I can’t wear my contacts or glasses because they cause me severe migraines. I had to have my eyes rechecked elsewhere and pay for another exam. Thank god I did. My script did not improve and I still have my astigmatism.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks for 2:30 this afternoon & I get a call at 11:30 telling me there was no doctor there today. I have to hire a nurse to care for my disabled husband. Imagine! I am ticked off & would never go to Stanton.
My last pair of eyeglasses came from this station optical location and I was impressed by the wide selection of frames they have at very affordable prices. The customer service at this location is exceptional and they were attentive to my needs and explained everything to me carefully. When I had a problem with my step daughter’s frames, the manager Zack really worked to resolve my issue in a manner that was satisfactory to me. You can tell they really care about their customers! And during the pandemic, they are adamant about following health and safety guidelines and keeping a safe environment for everyone who comes into the store.
No offense to the staff. They were courteous and professional. However If you’re going in to the store for the $59 eye exam + 2 eye glass special, I would go to America’s Best. The $59 special only had 6 frames to choose from. I paid $45 for my eye exam and I’ll try to get my glasses elsewhere.
It was my first time here...I was greeted upon walking in.. after the exam I was called to talk about my glasses after I chose the ones I wanted .immediately wen I sat the man(white man) tells me ok with this an that.. itll be $749.00. Doesnt explain to me anything about my eyes....I stopped him immediately an told him thank you but no thanks. He then commenses to start haggling with me ok then wat about 600. I said no thank you at this point it became less about my eyes an more about him making his sale.. as I walked away he tells me wait wat about 500. It was a bad experience. Went to Americas best where it was mor e about my eyes an customer service then the price.

I was expecting my out of pocket to be a little lower so I just wanted to put my exam on the insurance. The store rep stated that the insurance dose not work like that. After leaving the store I called my insurance an they say that it was covered and should have been used by the store. Ijs not right instead of me paying out of pocket 45.00 I should have just paid 10.00 with my insurance.
I could not be more happy with the service that I got today at Stanton in palm beach gardens!! From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out with clear vision!! Ive come to this location a couple weeks ago for the second time and this experience was horrible. The only reason I’m giving two stars because the African American woman who was doing the eye exams was beyond helpful and nice (she was wearing glasses). The man I dealt with was rude and didn’t explain anything to me I came in for the 2 for 59 deal and I informed him that and made an appointment and he insisted on charging me $200, why is it I have to call and go to another location for them to explain and take the time to help me??

Worst eye exam experience ever.... I have been going for years and they just lost me for life... teladoc eye exam is a joke ... my prescription was so far off base the didnt even notice my astigmatism... as for customer service they were clue less... exam equipment dirty in a pandemic no less ...0 sanitation... but the dr is safe some were on the internet. Absolutely ridiculous never going back

Do not use Stanton Optical on Northlake. It is the worst run operation I have had the misfortune to deal with. I left them because of their atrocious customer care but my husband decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! He had his appointment in March and we are still trying to get his prescription. It is insane as we have been in 3 times per there instructions and yet we can still not get it. To make matters even worse, they are now refusing to give us a copy of his prescription as they have now change doctors for the third time so they are stating he has to go back and see the new doctor. These people are total unprofessional. Changing Doctors so many times speaks for itself. Don’t waste money or time here. Go to Eye Glass World across the road. 💯 better than Stanton.
This place is filthy. I am surprise it’s in Palm Beach Gardens a nice area. Seems like the store has been dusted for months! You can’t even see yourself through the glasses on display because it is filthy and bended also. How can you sell glasses like that for $200!

I purchased 3 pair glasses from this location, prices are great, awesome customer service, and all employees are very professional, I will most definitely refer a friend. I want to personally give a shout out to my boy Zack for making sure I can see the world!!!
I had an appointment for an eye exam, 8/1. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer until my exam. The associate told me it would be another 30 minutes, as 2 other customers were scheduled for the same time. Manager informed me that Patient Care Coordinator provided me with the wrong pair of contacts because the brand I was prescribed did not come in the power needed. Patient Care Coordinator did not explain this to me. Manager provided me with the right contacts. I ordered more contacts for $200. The prescription provided by the eye exam is incorrect. I continue to have blurry vision and contacts keep coming out. I now have to pay for a 2nd eye exam at another facility, and I am stuck with the contacts for the wrong Rx. Do not waste your money at Stanton Optical.
I called them for an appointment for my daughter and told them she never had an eye exam before and not sure if she needed any glasses. I asked them if there will be any charge for the exam and the guy assured the exam was totally free and I heard the same in the automated messages while waiting for the agent to connect. Next day we went to the store at the appointment time and while filling up the paper work noticed the clause the eye exam is free only if you buy glasses with us other wise there is a $49 charge and consent to this. We didnt checkmark this option and gave the paper work to the person in the counter. He did check mark on his own as if he has our permission to charge and when we questioned his answer was oh that was standard practice before you see a doctor. I couldnt believe it and when questioned why they didnt let us know about this clause when asked at the time of appointment his reply was I dont know whom you talk to and its their fault if you have any issue with it, talk to customer service. He connected the call and gave us. I waited for 45 min and no one answered just their boring automated advertising.. I wish I could give 0 stars for their open policy and customer service received at this store..

First time being to this company, and I’m a a little bit disappointed in the experience I had with this location. I called in the morning to make sure they were in network with my insurance (to avoid waisting time), and was told they were, so I made an appointment to fill a prescription for glasses. When I got there neither of the employees greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Once they began to help me, they realized my plan was out of network. They did try to help with the cost, but was still more than I was expecting to pay. Just so disappointed that I tried avoiding this situation and I was still put into it.

I recently visited the boutique with my daughter so she could get new glasses. My experience was very pleasant as we were greeted very warmly by Evangeline and a gentleman that was the store manager. She was given an eye exam and we were shown the large selection of glasses they had to choose from. They have incredible styles and specials right now. A great selection of designer glasses as well as a buy one get one free special. We were browsing and my daughter liked several pairs not on the special sale. The store manager went incredible and he went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter so she could get the pair she wanted and offered us an excellent deal for an additional pair. Our entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. The overall energy in the boutique was warm and cheerful. In a world where customer service is often lacking it definitely isnt here!! I strongly recommend buying your glasses and having your optical needs met by Stanton optical. I was extremely pleased with the entire visit!!
The worst optical store ever it took three months and I still havent got glasses This is the only facility that it takes two weeks to make a pair of glasse. They made the 1st pair wrong and then for their error it takes two weeks to try to make it right. Then they made the second pair to an old prescription. So they were wrong. When I ask for a refund they started throwing up obstacles you can not have a refund unless the manager is present. Then they refunded my wrong glasses and gave me a prescription so I could go some place else. Well, they again gave me the old prescription so the 1st glasses at Walmart were made wrong. I returned to Stanton to try to get the Dr. to assist in giving me the correct prescription and she told she was with patients and could not speak to me. I asked for my $59.99 for the eye exam and they refused.This is a eyeglass machine. They use Dr. vis Video Chat. No Dr. on site but for 1 day per week. I call them the HMO of the eyeglass word.2 weeks for glasses. WHY. Walmart took 4 days? The price for Walmart was $20.00 less than Stanton and I received Transition lenses.Stay Away, No value there.
Not a good experience. Under staffed and not on schedule. I had to wait with 2 people ahead of me for eye exam. They do not value their clients’ time. In addition, no one greeted me and no one assured me that they would be with me soon. Although marketing (to get people in door) they lack follow through and customer service training. I should have known not to waste time when I heard the call center answering the phone. Nothing beats an old fashion optometrist who gets to know his or her patients. Skip the big box and look for small family friendly doctors. Those are rare now days.

Do your self a big favor and dont go there. They are confused, not coordinating, and under total collapse. The staf ( Francisko ortiz Sales manager on Indiantown office) is rude and uneducated adequate. They fires all ophthalmologists and have one contractor once a week, the rest is online service. This doctor on Northlake ofices was nice. They Dont have contact trials and is waiting a weeks for them. They said that i dont have any appointments with them even when I have an email confirmation for my appointments. They dont have even apologize for all these chaos. After 2 months my nightmare is not finished yet.
My dog scratched my right eye while we were horse-playing. I called the storeat 11:15 to make an appointment in they got me in at 11:45.the entire staff was very friendly and polite and driven towards customer service. Dr. Taylor was great and very efficient and expeditious in getting me in and getting me out with what I needed to treat my injury to my eye. I highly recommend anyone that needs optical services in the area to stop by this location first.
