Closed before 9:00 PM without any notification. Arrived at 8:55 to locked doors. Website and door stated closing time at 10:00 PM.

Organize and very nice staff

Stopped in to pick up clown white fp. Wendy greeted me at the door and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They didnt have the brand I wanted, but I found a bunch of great costume ideas. This place got me pumped for Halloween!!!

Even after Halloween they were helpful and friendly, of course I loved the 50% off.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Very poor selection of costumes. No wYbim shopping with Spirit ever again.

Cool store but the think about the eye contact lenses really sucks

NOT THE LARGE STORE. THE LOCATION IN DOWN TOWN GARDENS. Got there at 6:30 and they turned us away saying they were closing when posted times were 7pm ans door times said 7pm. Its Sunday very disappointed came 20min out of the way to come.

Great costumes a lil expensive great staff

Please make it more evident that the asult theme section us NOT the primary age section. I was not happy when my young child was exposed to such gore.
