Really nice Toysrus! Very clean and organized. Employees seemed pretty friendly and were friendly. We went to pick up my son’s free birthday surprise and they actually had it in stock. Prices are def not your other store prices but they price match so it’s really not a big deal. I love price matching. I will definitely be back to this location!

Toys R US is a great place for toy shopping just dont expect much help in the way of a friendly staff. The 3 stars are for the wide toy selection and for the fact that your child can play with the toys prior to buying which is the only downside to online shopping for kids. Make sure you look up prices and get them to price match as Walmart has better prices for multiple items that I have purchased there.

Love the selection of toys. My son could spend a whole day in here if I would let him...lol! They are sometimes a little pricey, but I save fuel money with a place to get an assortment of gifts, so that helps. Plus, when using coupons or the weekly deals, it actually is a more economical place to shop!

They have toys, or versions of a toy, that you cant find elsewhere. Their sales can be good. I checked a price and Amazon was double the price that Toys R Us was asking for the same item. That doesnt happen all the time, so its good to check before you buy.

Toys R Us is a great toy store for kids and adults! This is a pretty large store, although the location is a little hidden from the road. There is a big selection of toys here, great variety.

I am a total sucker for toy stores. Weather there little small boutique toy shops and woekel plazas or the big Toys R Us, it always revives the little kid in me.I am sure that the Online Marketplace is destroying the business of the big toy store, and it is really sad. For the kids of the future it will be an entire online experience and they will not be able to walk around and Marvel at all of the awesomeness of the Isles of a large toy store.No longer will they be singing The Little Tunes at the here on commercials while skipping from Iota Isle telling their mommies and daddies that they want this, and they want this, and I want this, and I want that, and mommy can I buy this, and mommy can I buy that.That experience will now be supplanted by the desktop or the laptop on a couch or in an office. Totally not the same!

This Toys R Us needs people there that’s actually trying to work. Everyone that works there sack on everything that they do. Service is bad. If you call them they have you on hold for almost an hour. The employees have very bad attitudes. Liz the HR is bad at what she does. I wouldn’t ever apply for this Toy R Us Ever Again.

It’s really the only place I take my kids anymore. Huge selection and prices are ok.My kids like to be able to touch and see what they like.

I liked the store itself, the layout, merchandise however the staff lack customer service skills. I returned an item and the cashier had a attitude. Then on a different occation it took me forever to check out cause the cashier didnt know how to enter the trade in promotion even after he asked a co-worker and the manager and still I didnt get my full 30% off he only gave me 25% but I didnt wanna wait another 15mins for him to figure out how to correct it.

So sad to see this pillar of childhood going away. And you can feel it in the store. Employees are checked out and even riding bikes around the aisles. We went for their liquidation sale and laughed at the prices. They seem to not want to move stuff to quickly with 10 & 20% discounts.

Store is closing and although signs very clearly show item prices, shoppers beware!!! You get charged whatever the computer shows, even when signage clearly states different. Manager, nor employees have any authority to correct their obvious scam. Just check the price scanner and ignore all signs, as they mean nothing.

Were new to the area, and I had been advised by some of my neighbors that this is a terrible Toys R Us, that the store is dirty and cashiers are extremely slow. However its convenient to where I now live and I only had to pick up one item, so I thought Id give it a try. Boy, were my neighbors right! Horrible experience!!! Hardly any customers there, filthy and disorganized, and after waiting over 10 mins to get rung out (mind you, there was only 1 person ahead of me), I ended up walking out without the toy. If theyd clean the place and add self check-outs to compensate for their very slow cashiers, it would be a huge improvement! Youre much better off going another exit down to Target (it may be a longer drive, but the time you save from waiting in line at Toys R Us will be well worth the little extra drive).

It is sad that so many locations are closing - can not imagine what it would be like to grow up in a world without toy stores. Anyway, this location is well stocked, clean, and the staff is helpful.

Most expensive place to get toys. I was looking at a Little Tykes Roadster, $60 here but $40 at Wal-Mart and $35 on Amazon for the exact same toy. Big difference for the same toy.

Tried to get a toy for my nephew and I kept asking for a specific toy and the employee on the floor did not know what it was.When I looked it up on the internet there it was. He was very nice but I could tell he was new and needed a little more training.

Overpriced scam artists. Charged my card for order they show no record of. Had me submit order again. Charged me again. Processed the order. Then a day later emailed that my product has no known ship date and will hold my money for 30 days and will cancel after that if still not available. Refuse to cancel the order all together. Paid extra for expedited shipping for Christmas. So now I am out $200 3 days before Christmas with no gifts. Plus items are in store for 3x the competitors, hoping you won’t waist time trying to price match. Example - Pokémon set - $64.99 at toys r us. $29.99 at Walmart. Crooks! And stole my money.

My last visit before it all comes to a end. The going out of business sale is not that good right now. The item that had the most discount of 30% was string yes curled up string and even that was not worth the price.

Lack of customer service on the floor but there arent many ToysRUs left around. The customer service deserves a one-star but its a five-star facility for kids.

This store needs to be taken out of its misery. Like an old trusty pet we loved at one time, when they suffer, they need to be put down. Same for the Toys R Us on PGA blvd. I went to this store at 1PM during the Christmas season. The store was eerily empty (I guess everyone else was smarter than me). I needed a few gifts for a Toys for Tots party. The store was disheveled and one the toys I focused on was opened. There was no hired help in the store other than a few cranky cashiers. I finally found a nice lady at the other end of the store who could not help me (not sure why) and she said they were short staffed and lots of workers were calling in sick. She said sick with parentheses on her hands. Of the few workers there, they seemed annoyed to be working there. Save yourself time and aggravation. Go to Wal Mart. Wal Mart prices are better and you already have low expectations when you go to a Wal Mart so you are not disappointed.

Terrible. How is it that every other Toys r us and babies r us takes competitor coupons but this one doesnt?!??!! Dont waste your time at this sh*thole, go to the one in Royal Palm - cleaner, nicer people and wayyy more selection.

Price are still high on the electric cars.. Other wise pretty decent.

Worst experience EVER!!! Literally just waited for over 30 mins in the customer service line and Amelia the attendant working at the time had to have asked me 10 times to hold on and give her a second. All of this with a 3 & 4 year old running wild

Never preorder anything from this store. Not only do they not keep track of their preorder bundles, they also give the bundles away to people who ask for the bonus despite not having bought the preorder.Very unprofessional and inept at resolving conflict. Got ran around three times.Also will tell you your shipment is there and when you go in person, they will tell you it hasnt arrived because they are too lazy to pull it from the back. Have complained to corporate about it, but they dont care either.Ridiculous. Truly youre better off shopping at target or walmart

Like all toys R us it had everything. Store is tore apart right now with the holidays and shoppers trying for the latest and greatest you.
