Great bags. Helpful staff.

Extremely friendly service.

Yesterday my husband and I went into this store to look for a bag. It was a gift to myself for completing my graduate program. I was walking around with my daughter and noticed employees getting closer and watching us like hawks. I quickly realized when I picked up a bag to look at they got closer. As if I was going to steal something.A few moments later a group of middle aged women walked in. They were shown the utmost quality of customer service and comfort.Never in my life have I felt so judged. My husband, an active duty service member, my daughter and I decided to leave this store. I went two shops down and bought a Tory Burch bag and was disgusted to walk by the Kate Spade window after this with staff rolling their eyes at me.Coming from an HR professional position I suggest you give your employees some trainings on situational awareness, customer service, and dignity.

I have NO idea where the negative reviews are coming from! Do NOT pay attention to these! The woman is this store are the absolute most wonderful sales associates I have ever known. These lovely ladies served everyone in this store as if we were their own mothers or sisters. I love everything Kate Spade and will continue to frequent this store over and over.Thank you, Ladies of Kate Spade!!

Do not go to this store unless youre a 70 year old white woman. While waiting for a saleswomen to grab a $350 purse from the back inventory we were purchasing, another saleswoman approached us and stated OH So youre still here? You must really like walking around our storeSo as a 21 year old male, youre profiled enough that Im just loitering in the way of actual customers... HA!

I went to Kate Spade this afternoon during my lunch hour, where I was going to buy a pair of shoes that they had at the store with a purse. When I walked in the store the person working there had her head down at the cashier the entire time we went in. No one greeted us, not even a hello. We continue (co worker and I) To look around the store waiting to see if we can get some help. We looked over a few times and the co worker continue to look down at her phone. We asked for help, but she didnt hear us. We left the store and she didnt put her head up to acknowledge that we were leaving.... Not even a hello. Worse customer service ever!!!! Just FYI the store lost our money today. Instead we went to Tory and bought what we needed...

Why is it there is so much space but not a lot of product here? Wanted more options
