My son who is a high school golfer needed to be fit for a set of irons. We tried several stores but most were out of stock, had a very limited selection, or simply werent very helpful. We finally went to Edwin Watts in West Palm Beach and walked in off the street. We were greeted politely by a sales associate named Austin. He asked us some detailed questions and immediately put my son through a detailed club fitting process. About an hour later we walked out with a set of irons that we were really pleased with! Great experience and very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful experience

My wife and I are avid golfers and our clubs stolen during a golf trip 2 weeks ago. My wife visited PGA Superstore and was told by 2 different salesman they were busy and she finally left,When we entered the NPB location last week we were greeted by the gentleman at the register and let him know what happened. He introduced us to an associate named Austin. I asked Austin to make my wife the priority and he spent the next 2 hours working with her on the launch monitor. We purchased a new set of irons and a driver for her and a driver and a wedge for me.Austin was a real professional. Replacing our clubs will take several trips as we piece together our sets. We plan to return to Edwin Watts as we do so.We have shared our positive experience with our friends and thanks Austin for your assistance. We will see you again soon.

The manager named Jeff is great and is very nice and helpful. The other managers there are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They do have a great selection and decent prices. I would recommend the store but definitely be careful which representative you get to help you as some of them can be very rude.

Just finishing remodel and the place looks great. More hitting bays and floor space. The guys over at the store are Great! Colin is so knowledgeable its great to get fitted with him.

Visited with my other half,~ he was looking to purchase a new golf set. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a place to practice (2). Small putting area, As well. Very pricey, but what do you expect? Its Golf! Wish they offered discount bags? or perhaps used sets? Which other patrons may bring in when they trade up? Unless thats beneath them? It is an impression one can feel when walking into this establishment. When customers know the product, but are only offered the lower end, because they might not be able to spend $800.00 on just a bag, there is a whole untapped market there,... Lets see, perhaps Edwin Watts cares enough to make that possible for ALL of their patrons, not just the wealthy. If used sets, in good condition bags/sets/clubs, etc. Were available as well? Edwin Watts would be on track... Or offer customers trade-ins on their sets..? It would help all around, and make high-end products available to all, who like to play... Who knows, perhaps they do, but it wasnt offered. Anyhow, be prepared to spend at least $1100.00- $2000.00 & UP⬆ in order to to obtain a reputable set of clubs, or? Go elsewhere...

If you love golf and golf equipment this store is a must. The store associates always seem very willing to hep. They are very knowledgeable about golf there.

The staff pays no attention to younger customers. I’ve been in the store over a dozen times and it’s like I’m invisible. Went in there looking to spend $200 on a used driver and couldn’t find any staff member to help me make a decision. I’ll go to Moon Golf.

I went into the store today looking for a driver my husband wanted. They were so friendly and helpful. They didnt have what he wanted in store, so gentlemen working the counter called all over the country probably 50+ stores to find me what I was looking for. I received the best customer service Ive had in a long time and I recommend shopping at this location. I know I will be back.

We needed a new iron set for my wife and everything gone well at Edwin Watts Golf Shop in West Palm Beach. Friendly and professional service, especially Jakes help for choosing the clubs was great! Highly recommended!

I’ve gone to this store on three different occasions. Not one time did an employee greet me or ask if I needed help. They were not understaffed, either. Plenty of employees were walking around not doing anything. At one point, an employee looked at me, but did not smile, acknowledge or ask if I needed help and kept walking! The guy At the register was nice, but maybe it was because I was spending money. Such a frustrating experience. Good customer service is so important and this store is sadly lacking in this department. There is a good selection here, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was on a golf mission in the past 72 hours the associates Steve, Danny, Jake, Brenda and Bruce were all super helpful and respectful to me. I was helped with my clubs being regripped on a sunday. And to top it off prices are unbeatable. I recommend this store and group of works to everyone!!! a++++

Been to this place probably 10 times spent over a thousand in the last year here and have to beg to get someone to help you. Went in today to get my irons regripped and one guy told me he could do it after he finished with a customer so I said ok Ill go get my irons. I waited for 10 mins at the spot I was told and he finished with the customer and was messing with his phone. I thought maybe it was work stuff and patiently waited then with his head down in his phone he walked to back still ignoring me. Another guy comes up and asks if Ive been helped I told him I wanted to get my clubs regripped and he asked if I could leave them over night because they closed in an hour I told him no I lived to far away (thirty minute drive and my next day off is Thursday) and that the guy said he would do it so he said let me go check. At this point I was mad from being ignored, which I shouldnt have been surprised since it happens every time I go in there, and told him no thanks Ill take my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this store and its a shame. Ive had one good experience out of 10 visits, their pricing is good and the 90 day playability is great but their staff is the worst Ive ever seen. Im the sales manager of a car dealership and if my staff ever treated people the way this place does they would be unemployed because as Im there I see others walking around trying to get help and being ignored also everytime. Corporate should spend some time there and realize that they need better customer service. In an area like palm beach where theres a ton of golfers they are leaving a lot of money out there because of their terrible staff. Spend your money somewhere that outlasting will take care if you not here.

Ordered a putter there a few weeks back, a custom from Ping. Waited 2 weeks and hadnt heard anything back from them, so I called. Turns out nobody had placed the order for the putter. Clint was helpful with then placing the order and making sure it was shipped via 2 day air.

I drove from the Port St Lucie area on Monday morning (MLKDay) which was an approximate drive of 50 Miles one way. I needed to have EW club repair shop remove the adjustable head connector from an old shaft that had snapped onto a shaft Id purchased on-line from TM so that I could use the M1 driver head from the broken shaft/club. I was told by golf repairman that he was very busy and would not be able to fix at least til end of day if not the next day. After speaking with the manager of EW and letting him know of the drive Id made to the EW store in Palm Beach Gardens he accommodated me and had the golf repairman fix the club while I waited. I ended up spending approx 45 min in store looking around and spending another $60 in store, beside the club repair....that I also added a new grip too. Thanks to EW and the store manager whom was able to understand that I was not just a 5 or 10 minute drive away from their store Great, friendly service!

June 29, 2013After spending almost $1500. ( new Callaway clubs and driver, shoes, gloves and several dozen balls) in the Palm Beach Gardens store in the last 2 weeks, I went back today around 3:30pm to look at new spike-less shoes, and and new $270 cart bag. and misc. accessories. I was not greeted upon entering the store, And I walked ALL OVER the store from front to back, from one side to the other, looking at clubs, bags, shoes and everything else for almost 45 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me, or offered any assistance. I guess business is so good they dont EVER need my $$$Unlike Arnold, I WONT BE BACK !

The club repair guys are so cranky and rude. Sad to see as the store is close and well stocked but completely unprofessional
