Went to exchange a item was accused of returning something used! And yes I come back on Monday when they is a manager on site. Went to another location and return it no problem! I guess I should have read the reviews before going to this location.. such bad CS for the money I spend at LV! waste of my time and will not return. People need better training.

Customer service was poor! Sale associates did not greet or offer any help. The associates were having loud conversations among themselves. They were screaming across the room to answer each other with clienteles in the store.

This store has had the good fortune to acquire Maritza as part of their staff. You can easily tell that she is an excellent knowledgeable professional, making her a great employee. But, what I truly find refreshing, is how she excels in customer service.

We were there about a year ago and the sales team were amazing...my husband and I saw a beautiful leather bag. I loved it so after we left my husband contacted the store and the manager was so kind to deliver the bag to our hotel as a surprise for me. I am still carrying the bag and loving it! We plan to visit the store again soon!

Very high quality service and product knowledge. Attentive staff and because they aren’t too busy, they can spend time with you. I would make a stop here. Not a large store and no shoes or clothing. So, you would need to go elsewhere for those items. Right on Worth and near Saks and other majors.

A smaller boutique but the customer service experience is worth it. I have purchased from several different LV boutiques in South Florida from Aventura to the Gardens Mall and Christi in the Worth Avenue boutique is the best! She keeps great communication and always gets my orders processed quickly. She had my latest piece in store the very next day, saving me time and money. I highly recommend contacting her before you place an online order or going anywhere else. Thanks again Christi!

They are so unfriendly here. I love Louis Vuitton, and we go in each store wherever we travel. This is the only one that is consistently rude. We visit palm beach each year and it would be nice to go in there and not feel worthless, on worth avenue. Go on down to Chanel, they are THE sweetest people!

I know that LV keeps stock low to maintain cachet but this location was particularly unapologetic about not having a bracelet that was showing “in stock” online, prompting the visit. Unimpressed.

Boutique style store. Stocking only the limited and special editions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great location. They always have the newest handbags available and in stock. I never leave the store empty handed.

The brunette woman and middle-aged guy who work here are rude and unpleasant. If you hate your job so much, find another one but dont take it out on customers. There is a reason this store is often empty with no customers. And the quality of Louis Vuitton is much, much lower than it used to be so straps and components break so they no longer make repairs for free. They want a lot for repairs because so much of their cheap product falls apart frequently. The brand has been cheapened.
