Extremely rude right from the beginning. I could have been helped but I took my packages and I’ll visit my normal shipping location. I read about how unfriendly the staff was but now I believe it. I’d rather drive the extra few miles out of my way.

We constantly buy items at auction all over the country and have them shipped to our home in CT. Ive never had a worse experience trying to do this than working with RSVP. They promised to pick up, pack, and deliver four items on or about December 2. Having heard nothing by December 5, I called them, only to learn they had not even picked up the items from the auction house yet. When I asked what their new intended schedule was, I was told I would receive a return phone call with that information. You can probably guess there was no return phone call, and then every email and new phone call I placed to ascertain what was going on, was ignored. Palm Beach Modern Auctions should never have recommended this shipper and Id recommend you quickly skip over this company if you have any interest in dealing with a quality east coast shipping firm.

Their drivers act like maniacs on Northlake Blvd, weaving in and out of lanes like they are in a Fast & Furious movie. The people at the PBG location are very unprofessional and blast bass music while they all hang around smoking and disturbing the neighborhood.

The people here are unbelievable. No problem to great or to small. Great spot for a guy who is never sure how to send what where. just nice people.
