Our Honda Pilot was damaged from an accident. The owner (Kurt) kept us informed on the progress of the repairs, went over everything with us when completed. The car was perfectly repaired, totally detailed inside and outside looking like it just came from the showroom floor. Was not happy in how some of the staff spoke to me. The manager and receptionist were very pleasant and professional. The other guy Scott or Shawn whatever his name was, did nothing but be arrogant, disrespectful in how he spoke to me and unprofessional.

So far so good! We just bought a 2020 G550 yesterday and stopped by for an estimate on painting the rear spare tire trim ring to match the exterior (Desert Silver) and we left it with them since the people I spoke with seemed to know what they are doing, and we hope we are right! UPDATE: We picked it up today and it is perfect and matches the paint identically! Thanks to Frank and everyone else for a great job and I would not hesitate to return! I also had them paint my mirror covers - perfect match as expected!

Best body shop experience Ive ever had! I was involved in a pretty bad accident and really my truck should have been totaled. The insurance company opted to fix it and I must say Caliber went above and beyond fixing my truck. They called me 3x a week with updates and sent photos along to show me how everything was going. My truck looks absolutely fantastic. Paint matches perfectly, gaps and lines are right, and it drives/operates just like it did before the accident. Took my car to them after I hit something that fell off of a trailer and was not thrilled when I got it back. My bumper seemed to be a darker shade of paint than the rest of the car, from my understanding it should have been buffed or the paint should have been faded back into the car, also when I went to leave my front emblem fell off and they gorilla glued it back onto the bumper which made it looks awful. Aside from that my battery seemed to be leaking and I left with a nail in my tire. I will say one thing though the after hours customer service and the district manager Tanner were really great. He got me a rental on a Saturday morning and had my car towed back to the shop to be fixed.

Brent and Kurt were both so pleasant to work with. Very professional, good pricing, and great customer relations . They took care of my cars door which was jammed shut. I only had to part with the car for a day and when I got my car back they had vacuumed and cleaned it inside and out. I was happy about the door, but the cleaning made me really happy. I never have time to get around to it lol

My ruby red Mustang got side swiped and had some pretty bad damage to the left side body panels, Caliber in Palm Coast had it back to perfect condition no problem. My paint is kind of hard to match and they matched it perfect, actually seems to repel rock chips better than the factory paint, lol. They wont let a car go without having it perfect and for me, a guy who demands that, they are a God send. Pic shows the car after work done.

Amazing repairs and great service! My car is my baby and I was backed in to. I had damage on the rear passengers side and I wanted to get the damages repaired. After everything was finished my car looked brand new. They even made sure the inside of my car was clean too! 11/5/19 Had my 2005 F-150 roof painted, They matched the color perfect, the clear had two little specs of dirt in it, but they said if it becomes an issue down the road the paint and repair has a Lifetime Warranty. The whole process was done in a very professional manner, and as promised ON TIME. I would Highly Recommend this Paint and Collision repair shop.

Having an accident is to say the least horrible, but the entire staff were encouraging. They treat you like family every time you are with them. I went to the shop for am estimate, since my headlight was damaged they decided to take my car that day. I had 2 friends in the car with me and they greeted us all with coffee and cookies. Then they drove us to the car rent place. I realize this does not speak about the care they gave to my car. When receiving my car back it was beautiful, exceptional. As a woman you can feel like this is going to be a challenge when dealing with a body shop, not Caliber Collision. This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision and I recommend them highly, they are experts at their work.

I am writing this review for my father, Oliver Smith. I had an accident and took my car to Caliber Collision. The car was damaged in the front. I had Caliber Collision do the work. After the work was done, I was amazed to see how it looked. I am not expecting to have another accident, but if I do I know that I can depend on Caliber Collision.

Dropped off my tailgate that was completely destroyed on my brand new 2019 Tacoma. Picked it up 2days later and it looked brand new like nothing even happened. Paint matched perfectly. Their office employees are extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed especially their manager Brent Ganem. Would definitely recommend their palm coast location to anyone looking for good fast quality work done on their veichles.

I bent two rims with minor damage to the body of my car all covered by my insurance. When I got it towed to the shop I told them the damage was to both of my rims and now my car door hits the body when I open my door. They fixed the rims and didn’t touch the body work. Now every time I open my door it’s a arm wrestling match with a loud sound over the totally bent in area because they didn’t fix anything besides the bare minimum. Which anyone can swap out rims and tires. I do not recommend these sorry people.

The main guy. Brian? I think. Hes great. Anyway, my ac stopped working a day after I got it back. It may have not been related but we assumed it was. He put me in a rental and paid for the rental.They had it done the next day which was a weekend. He had a tech come back to fix it to get me my car asap. Also, I didnt have a ride up to enterprise so he drove me himself when he shouldve been on his way home. :)

7 months ago, wow thats flown by. It took 3 months to fix my van manager was on constant vacation, but in back room), still had broken glass in the door track, floor and seats, they broke my dash board and had to go through a nightmare to get that fixed. I watched the tech beat my car door and ended up not getting the new rubber seal gasket for drivers side door because they misplaced it, took forever to get matching window door rain guards, they accused me of breaking the door lock and inside panel because, the door wouldnt open and I had to get into the car to drive and the only door with a key hole is the drivers. When the tech beat the door he must have broken the plastic inside door panel supports. That never got repaired by them my husband fixed it. I could not in good conscience suggest this place to anyone ever.

Slow, noncommunicative. They didnt get the car done on the day (s) they said, which is ok if they bothered to call but since they didnt, we called them, they got annoyed. Every. Extra. Day.
