Great Customer Service, we purchased an air-conditioning compressor for my vehicle. When I asked for a military discount, the clerk said that the vendor didnt allow the Military discount, but he gave us a store discount comparable. Great service.

Awful experience should be zero stars. Bought battery 2 years ago, it went bad, returned battery for warranty. Car totally dead, Car needed to be towed as we now thought bigger problem then battery as we thought it was a new battery we put in. Car was told and Honda dealership tells us the battery is bad. I call auto zone hoping they can help. Now I am out a town, a diagnostic charge from Honda, a new battery from Honda. Went back to Autozone with their new faulty battery, they can’t give me store credit or prorated refund just another battery! am furious! But lesson learned when buying a battery have them test the new battery before you leave the store.

The manager not only found the bulb, but went above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service, showing me how to install the bulb and adding the new one in less than 10 min. Initially I was a bit irritated. The store was extremely busy and the first staff that I had contact with made me feel like I was a burden for requesting my battery to be tested. However, Eugene tested my battery with a few jokes that were needed to lighten the mood and then Alan helped me with my replacement. Alan was fantastic! Professional, polite, and cheerful. Called to see if they had a battery for my 2006 vette. Was quoted a great price and options explained.Upon arrival was assisted as I walk with a cane and offered a chair. A young man Kyle assisted me and was very courteous. The battery was installed in a timely manner by another young gentleman and is doing its job.Was a good experience coming here for service.

Needed a New battery install I went to OReilly first and said he is by himself which I fiscally saw another employee working there so they couldnt install for me he try to forward me to Bunnell store. Went to get the tiniest light bulb my 98 Silverado uses. Showed it to the sales person and before I could give him the number, he rattled off -- 194NA. I said bet you dont have it and he said bet I do. Went right to it. These sales guys know where everything is...amazing. Only place I go for parts for my special truck.

They helped my get the parts I needed to fix my misfire. One of my sensers was going bad and they recommend I try to clean it with a $10 bottle of cleaner before spending $90 on a new senser. This was incredible helpful and saved me $80! I would recommend this AutoZone to anyone who needs to work on a vehicle but doesnt want to take it to the shop.

Needed new wiper blades, was sold the wrong set due to manufacture info. Went back to get the correct ones. Not only was it zero trouble returning them but the manager informed me why the first set of blades were incorrect & walked me over to show the correct ones. He took me out to my truck and showed me the adapter I needed and put them on for me. Top notch customer service!

I needed a knife and they had a variety in a easy to locate spot at the front counter. When I selected one, a representative noticed me and quickly helped to cash out. A very hard worker. I wished I got his name to mention in this review. My dad was with me to purchase some coolant and he had to be taken to a register on the other side of the store.

I was on the Palm Coast Parkway when I started having the car start to chug> So I pulled over and shut it off. Big mistake. Click click, click and no start or even a turnover. Luckily a nice gentleman had Jumper cables and I got a jump. Got it started looked up and saw the Palm Coast Auto Zone. I backed in and left the car run. The store had about 5 customers and as I went out a guy that worked there asked If I was having trouble, I explained, next thing I knew he was standing there with a charging system tester.It was Diagnosed as just the battery. Next thing I know he changed it and took care of me. I noticed that he had a lunch container the whole time. He was doing all this on his own time to help me. How great was that. He would not take a tip I was trying to hand him. Also I always get waited on and taken care promptly and friendly service.

Went in to price car batteries which they have a decent selection but I chose to wait and got wipers instead. Since Im a woman the guys always seem to think I dont know parts but I had help from a guy friend and relayed it to the guy at the counter. My friend installed them for me.

Had a dead battery. I got a jump took here to autozone. Rodney brought out a diagnostic tester and tested both alternator and battery. He determined it was the battery. We walked back in store and I bought new battery. Rodney installed it and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service here.

Cheaper than Advance Auto, and stock is more in depth. If they dont have a part, they usually can get it for you in 24 hours. Staff are more helpful than Advance, so I have switched over to Auto Zone.

Way under staffed and it took forever just to check out after I picked out my own stuff. At least put ther phone call on hold and help the guy that needs to check out.

I know I have borrowed tools from Advanced Auto before I went there first before going to the competition. I had a dead battery in the middle of a parking lot and I needed tools to take out the battery. I went to Auto Zone first because I remember them allowing me to borrow a few tools before.. I am not one to buy tools then return them. The gentleman was rude... didnt get a name.. And I will not step foot in that Autozone again. Sincerely disappointed.

The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had showed up at 730am as soon as they opened because I have to work this morning, the guy helping me made me feel extremely uncomfortable like I was inconveniencing him he is running around crazy like a chicken with his head cut off cursing while installing my new battery has said nothing to me or asked me what the problem was with my car just told me it was the battery charged me for it and ran out the door. Installed it and said “your all set” and ran inside before I could even start my car to make sure it works. I will never come back here ever again.
