You would NOT believe the lack of professionalism from these other companies.Not Quick Fix. Quick Fix showed up early, gave me valuable information about my windshield repair, and made it easy to get it fixed while I was at work.Very happy with my experience with Quick Fix!Backstory:I tried to call a certain company that has all these great reviews on Google and they couldnt even show up at the agreed upon time. Instead, I was getting calls do you want me to come over now? Uhh, yeah its already the time you said youd be here by right!?This happened 3 times with a certain company I wont name.

Half of our motor home windshield had sunk / pushed out of its gasket a few days earlier when we turned a corner down a steep (10%) grade with a sharp turn at the bottom. so I called Quick Fix. Scheduled quickly. Came to us. Reset the windshield nicely.Same kind of thing happened a couple years ago, and I took the motor home in to a glass place in Redding CA. Redding charged $135 to reset the windshield, Quick Fix charged $540.

We received excellent customer service for our windshield repair from Quick Fix. They called us to update us on the status of the shipping of the windshield, worked around our schedule and were right on time. Thank you all so much! It was a pleasure working with you!!!

Cant get them to answer the phone

The replacement job and tech were great, but i was upset they didnt tell me before hand the glass was NOT the original manufactured glass but an off brand. Had i known that before hand i would not have done it. That is something that should be told up front before booking the appt, having the glass replaced and then told its not original glass..🤔Please change your SOP for future customers.

Called late and they answered which was extremely awesome and a big reason why we chose this company. Estimate of our 02 mustang windshield replacement was fair, however being on a tight budget was an issue with finding someone to replace it. The person on the phone stated price matching. If we were to have find it cheaper elsewhere, to give them a call back day or nite and. As long as we provided a company, phone number and the lower price, they would match and/or beat it. We found an online company late at nite, that was nearly 60$ cheaper. Quick fix Auto did infact match the company and showed up to the scheduled appointment the following day. Great company and great service. I have told everyone about our awesome experience! Thanks again!!

Cant say enough great things about this place! We called to ask about pricing for a chipped windshield and how long it would take and he said 10-15 mins! He said we could drive over right away and they could fix it. We drove in the lot and were immediately directed to where we needed to go and someone helped us right away! The chip was fixed in less than 15 minutes and insurence covered it! After a long road trip that left our car with thousands of dead bugs all over the front and side mirrors as well as endless mud everywhere we decided to get a car wash there as well. They did an AMAZING job. Not one single bug was left and the inside was spotless. If I could give more stars, I would!!! We will definitely be going back for future washes as well as any window repairs!

Dont bother!!!! Called made an appt. arrived 5 mins. early, was told by the car wash people I should call again. I did was told he was at Home Depot across the street would be right there. Waited 45 mins. got an answering machine. SCAM!!!!

The driver side window of our van broke while on a trip from Arizona to California. We called from the road and stopped here for a repair. They had us fixed and back on the road in an hour. Clean facility and big waiting area was great for out kids. Im glad we found this place.

These guys have helped me more than once fix chips in my windshield. They are a local company that works with your insurance so if its a chip or crack its usually covered for free by your insurance.The best part is they drive to you and it takes less than 30 minutes.

I had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment a day prior to be at the business by 8:30 to get my driver side window replaced. I arrive 10 minutes before just so I wouldnt be late on my part. I wait till 9, no one is there asides from the car wash workers. I call him and he tell me hes running late and will be there in 10 minutes. 9:30 arrives. I call and hes says Im almost there. 10 arrives. Now Im starting to get upset. I ask the carwash workers and they say, well hes always late but not always this late. I call, no answer. I call again and again till 10:30 still now answer. Beyond unprofessional and rude. I left afterwards extremely disappointed i wasted my time because of this man. He never even called to apologize.
