Excellent selection of wine, spirits, beers and more. The prices are ok but sometimes a bit higher than comparable supermarket prices, unless you have a discount code or similar. But the scale of this grown up toy shop is in itself worth a visit 🤣

I totally think that wine is classy. So buy them here and enjoy at the house.

This store is huge and has an amazing selection! The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. I was putting together a gift basket and needed help picking vodka and a Bloody Mary mix for a friend that was self isolating (out of an abundance of caution). I picked Sobieski vodka, the rye gives a nice bite that holds up against the Bloody Mary mix. And Bloody Gerry because it’s local and it’s the staff’s favorite mix. I was in and out with pickled toppings and everything I needed for a great gift basket. And I appreciate that everyone was wearing masks and distancing.

Well stocked store, for the most part the lowest spirt prices in the valley. The employees very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a stock up store if you live a distance away because you wont find better prices near you. I see brands here that I see nowhere else.

Great golf course that has major history behind it. Built in the 50s this course is pristine. Play it if you get the chance.

First visit and was impressed by knowledgeable staff. Needed birthday idea for husband for scotch or appertif. Staff gave amazing recommendations to try out some worldly suggestions. So glad I took their advice. Hubby was happy!

Racially profiled! I could not believe how the cashier older gentleman with white hair was really rude to me but the women in back of me he talked to them in a totally different tone of voice and even greeted them. I understand my skin complexion is not the Caucasian complex he prefers but treat people equally. Not only that issue but the store employees following my every move was really weird for me being a paying customer. I Spent $200 in there and will absolutely never spend money at this store location ever again. Total wine i am highly disappointed in you.

While staying in Palm Desert we decided to attend a seminar at the Palm Desert Total Wine. We were so happy we did. Beautiful training room with huge screen TV used for multimedia Powerpoint presentation. Excellent catered platter of goodies. Knowledge instructors also. All in all we had a great time and for only $20.00. If youre a wine lover you should attend one of their seminars.

Total wine and more has been my go to for quite some time now, while Bevmo and other liquor stores near by in Palm Springs are still good but really, really low in stock on premium wine and liquor. A couple of times had to drive to Palm Desert to get premium like the good old Dom P. this afternoon, not only was in stock (unlike other places) they did also recommend a couple other champagnes equally matching this particular bottle ( Ill be sure to try them next time ), they are efficient, stocked, knowledgeable and seem eager to help great place for your holiday weekend needs. Check the beers they have some pretty great stuff too specially if you are looking for craft.

Here’s a short & sweet recap of this magical place.M A S S I V E selection, borderline decision paralysis. Everything and anything alcohol related you can think of; vodka, wine, beer, cognac, gin, whiskey, etc. Prices are fair, bathrooms were clean (are there even bathrooms in Idaho liquor stores?). Different sections of the store (wine, hard liquor, beer, and even those little stocking stuffer fun size sample bottles) were neatly and logically laid out. I even believe there is a dedicated cigar shop inside as well.Customer service was great IMO, a gentleman recommended me some local wine right in my massive budget of $12, and it was FANTASTIC (Ancient Roots Dark Red Blend or as I called it “Ancient Aliens”).Overall, this place is STRONG 5. I could’ve spent all day here. It was almost painful leaving after about an hour of just walking around and wanting so many things. I will miss this place, although my bank account and liver will not.Seriously, huge selection, great prices, no complaints. I’d consider this THE place in this area for anything alcohol related.

Great selection of wines, beers and spirits. The store is set up with inviting, clean and well-organized displays. If you like to peruse various wine options, this is your place. Aisles are set up with different categories of wine, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, etc. They also have wine and beer tasting events. They also have an extensive selection of keg beers, bottled beers and spirits. The store is efficiently laid out and the staff is courteous and helpful.

Update your hours and be more professional. Not that it matters but I def won’t be purchasing here again. Super disappointed

Great store in a busy location to draw in all the locals and visitors during this holiday season. I was shopping for stocking stuffers and hit the jackpot. Now how to pack for the plane...hmmmm!

So Im not from this area but I have I have been to other total wine stores but I gata say this place is nicer and biggerthan most but it doesnt loose the upscale esthetic that Im usto from this company, their selection is pretty great better Id say than bevmo but without that Walmart feel so yeah great location highly recommend especially if your a fan of quality whiskey give this place a try.

We went to total wine with one mission, we desired to take our family of wine snobs down a peg or two. You see, the Infantino family, like many others, is full of proud and defiant individuals, myself included. So when my father claimed that he could tell the price of a bottle of wine to within 10$ just by tasting it, I knew what I had to do. With the help of an extremely helpful total wine employee named Maurice, we gathered 3 reds and 3 whites, designed to confuse and distract. Suffice to say, that night was a hilarious night that will surely go down in the family history. Thanks Maurice!

Floor Employees are very helpful. However at the register I accidentally gave the cashier my husbands ID which the cashier just scanner and did not even check. I noticed and quickly gave them my own ID, but this made a poor impression.

I felt badly for interrupting Gabe, while he was stocking an isle but he was more than happy to assist me. I wanted a recommendation for some bedget Pinot Noir that was still great tasting and he not only gave me two that we all thoroughly enjoyed...he also provided me and an employee some cool history about wine and Pinot. The customer service provided by Gabe was second to none and everyone else was great too. A younger employee came over and listened in to Gabes historical insights for his knowledge and my checker was pleasant. I went back for a refill of my favorite of the two before I left town. Ill help you out by letting you know to leave your credit card in the machine a few moments after it says to remove your card or itll not work and you will have to do it again, something is off with that system but leaving it in for 3 additional seconds allows it to properly go through. 🧐😉In closing...thank you Gabe for the fine recommendations and I appreciate the conversation and insight in to wine history. This location is lucky to have someone who cares so much and is passionate about their job. Cheers!!

Outside of having a great seletion of beers and tequilla, I allways find it hard to find a empolyee for help as well the lines for check take forever. One paticualr clerk will talk forever with lots of people in line.

This place may seem daunting for the uninitiated, however the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. You want vodka, whiskey or gin? They have ALL kinds of spirits, beers, and wines. Sometimes they will not have something from a particular winery because the winery is too small and cannot provide adequate volume of stock for the store. This store also has accessories (ice molds, stemless wine glasses, etc.) as well as non-alcoholic beverages and mixers. They do have snack food too. Kegs and refergerated beer are available as well as a very elegant-looking tasting room!

Could wander through all day long and no get bored.

Me and my family got racially discriminated here! I’ve never ever had to go through something like that in a long time but to be stalked in every single aisle by an employee (specifically an old man in his late 50s). Is NOT RIGHT! will never be coming back.

I came in looking for a bottle of Chambord. A young man, Saul, said that their stock was out, but he recommended another brand, Baron, which he highly recommended. It was less expensive, but he said he actually preferred it. I bought a bottle and tried it when I got home. I actually had a sample bottle of Chambord, and I actually enjoyed the Baron brand more. I just wanted to compliment Saul, and I am now a fan of Baron! Well done, Saul...thank you!

Everyone loves Total Wine. They have great selections. From cheap to great back office Champagne for that special occasion.

I been going to Total Wine & More almost 6 years now, seems over time the staff working there simply careless everytime, giving this place a 3 star Rating, simply because the precious liquors, spirits and other Alcoholic consumables were covered in a thin layer of dust, which before they werent, I wasnt greeted at the entrance like before, an elderly woman seem lost with her Pomeranian looking for a certain brand, although with all being said, great selection on spirits, beers and craft beers.

Usually have everything I like. Rarely have something out of stock.

Its always wine for me and Ive come to the right place.

Was watched the entire time I was in the store and then was refused to be served because the person I came with didnt also have an ID even tho I did. Saw a woman in there with her kids who Im sure didnt have IDs being served so the stuck up attitude was rude and unnecessary and I wont be returning

I have been coming here for a few months now. Their prices are very affordable and way cheaper than any other wine store in the city. I always buy here my fathers favorite, Mussel Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Most of the wine shop was always out of stock, but this shop never runs out of stock and I am glad about that.
