Its not everyday one needs a new garage door. Think about that for a sec. I was left speechless when the first company I called never got back with a price, and told me that my current door style was discontinued. Im glad that company never got back because I would not have had the pleasure of Desert Overheard Door. They had the best communication, since we had to to order it while we were away that was super important to us. Monique even sent photos of what our house would look like with each door we were interested in and then sent process photos while the install was happening! We contacted this business at the height of COVID-19. The owner was extremely responsive but also very careful about having an appointment for safety reasons which I appreciated. We were scheduled the same day and Brody was completely helpful and transparent with us about our options. He shared his knowledge with us, didn’t rush us, and we felt no pressure at all to purchase on the spot. As it were we ordered the same day. Brody gave us a 7-day turnaround and he arrived exactly 7 days later with our new garage door. His install team was Johnny on the spot! They were quiet, non-disruptive to our neighbors, they cleaned up any debris, they were not needy and came with all of their tools. They took our old garage away and thanked us for our business.It is worth noting that we needed an adjustment about two weeks later and once again they were on it! The office team called us back back right away even though it was the weekend. They stand by their work, super friendly, and do what they say. I can’t say enough good things about this business.

We had Desert Overhead Door install a new garage door opener after a power surge destroyed our old one. They responded so quickly and got it done for us. A few days later, unbeknownst to us, the power surge had also affected our breaker and we noticed the garage door opening very slowly instead of quick and smooth. We called and they came out immediately to check it out for us. It ended up being our home breaker, not the garage door or the installation. (Our new garage door opener had a battery backup and thats why it was operating slowly). They were so accommodating, friendly and polite even though it was our problem that caused this. Thats the sign of an excellent company you can trust. I would highly recommend Desert Overhead Door for all your garage door needs!
