Does not stand by their products. I bought a bee restraint kit that clearly says queen or larger recommend. I have a king size bed and it absolutely does not fit with no chance of even making it work. Amazon reviews even clearly explain there is no way of making it fit. Terrible product. Store credit would have been fine. Also markup on items is easily 200% wait the extra day and shop amazon.

I called on the phone today at 6:20pm the girl on the phone was been extremely rude. I always call before I go inside of a shop like this a lot of other places want to invite customers. She sounded like she wanted to scare them off. Unless you want rude customer service. I would not recommend this place to you.

Walked in to the store and was really happy with how clean and nice it smelled.I was only in the store for a short time before i was asked if i needed help.The sales woman nicole was extremely helpful.This was The first time id been to your store and your employees made it feel very natural. 10/10 will return soon.

I absolutely loved our experience with our instructor! As a surprise for our bride we hired a pole dancing instructor to teach our bachelorette party some new moves before we headed out for the night. Zoe - wonderful woman, absolutely recommend! - gave us an awesome class! On time and with superb, patient instruction, our class went off without a hitch! Best place to go if you are looking for a fun and memorable class with your friends! :)

I love this store. I was visiting my boyfriend in the desert and i searched Google and was pleasantly surprised. Polite, knowledgeable staff. Lots of products.

I don’t know anymore ways to say this experience was distasteful and just out right bad. Right away we were greeted rudely and brash. We showed our IDs, but one of my friends was accused of having someone else’s ID due to her hair being short in the picture; it is now longer in the present. She had to go to her car and pull out her other ID, which had longer hair to prove she was the person in it. Next, my other friend had forgot her ID. She abided by the rules and waited outside peacefully. Eventually after waiting, she had to use the restroom. I went up to the front and asked the store employee if it was alright for her to use the bathroom. She said yes and said the bathroom was in the back. So my friend came in, went to the bathroom and as she was exiting, the same employee started yelling across the store that it wasn’t cool for us to “sneak” her in. We all were astonished because I asked her personally if she could use the restroom. My friend paid no attention to the allegations and continued to walk peacefully out of the store to wait alongside the curb like she had been doing. Then, the same employee came up and told us that she wasn’t allowed in here due to her not having her ID on her person, but she was harsh about it and kept saying how uncool it was, and that she wouldn’t let it slide. I was shell-shocked. She didn’t peacefully talk among us or provide any information to our previous conversation. She decided to act brutish, impolite, and vulgar toward us for something that was harmless and well thought out. Questions were asked and answered, she became accusatory from her own doing. Bottom line is, I am NEVER going here again. Nor are my friends with the horrible treatment we received. The only reason I give this two stars is because the bathroom my friend used was clean and fresh. Stick to Etsy for beautiful, handmade lingerie. If you want toys, use other stores.

They sell you expired products and they dont return your money to you as a service and risky if you have no precaution to see the expiration date
