There is a person in this park harassing people! He has restraining orders against him as well several ongoing feuds and lawsuits with his fellow neighbors. I like this parks logistics and it’s well kept. Having said that, I feel the park ownership should do more to support its tenants in these ongoing conflicts. That’s why unfortunately I will give this park only 2 stars. Step up Silver Spur make it right!

Silver Spur Community is truly, in every sense of the word, a community. Whether you reside there permanently or are just a seasonal guest of the park, its a wonderful home away from home.Everyone from the owners to the management to the caretakers of the properties do their very best to meet the needs of everyone dwelling here.The pool and hot tubs are usually in pristine condition. The library, laundromat, nature trail, community room, health club and gated community all make this a secure, carefree oasis in the desert. I highly recommend this establishment and community.

We covered a news story there recently. The tenants and staff were very courteous. The park looks amazing. It didnt have that trailer park feel to it so our team gives it two thumbs up for the place living up to community in the name.

Its not that I hated the place. It said some of the individuals I live there, or living on another planet. Thats just put it nicely. I personally love the place. Maybe Ill change my rating in the future. All I ask for is a sorry? Will I ever get it? Probably not lol

Steer clear of this place, folks!... Its trash, ran by trash, promoting trash!... everyone watches everything you do, even if youve never had a personal interaction with individuals,.. they have already formed an opinion in their heads just off of the way you look/ walk/ carry yourself!.. and dont be fooled!... the same electric company services the whole RIVERSIDE county, but Silver Spur park is apparently on some sort of tier system and the bill is $200 /mo. On the low end!!!! We had a bill in February that was $387.00!... so?..BEWARE FULL TIMERS!... *JUST HEAD 10MI. (Desert Hot Springs, CA) and enjoy your stay@Sams Family Spa

Trailer park has improved over the years, with new recreational facilities and much needed maintenance finally completed. Entire property is gated and has speed bumps for kids and seniors. Rents are reasonable and controlled by the city of Palm Desert. Close to highway 111 & 74.

Very nice community

I have lived here over 10 years. A quiet gated community. I wish they had more activities so we can mingle and meet new neighbors. It is a family friendly park

Friendly family oriented mobile home park located high above Palm Desert across from one of the most prestigious subdivisions in the Desert, Big Horn. Home are comfortably affordable, and the park owners show they care about the community.

Great life just minutes from all the activity in Coachella Valley in a serene gated haven.Meet people from all over America and Canada visiting here for the winter.Citrus trees seem to always be fruiting, and picking your own grapefruit for breakfast as the dawning sun peeks over the nearby mountains is a real treat. Ditto oranges.The limes and lemon trees are plentiful.The one blood-orange trees location is a secret and I will not divulge it.Live here and youll be told.The usual amenities-pool, hot tubs, exercize room, library, laundry, billiards room, walking paths are here.Many snowbirds visit us a few times and buy a mobile mansion to eventually settle here. Always a few homes for sale or rent.Management is cheerful, professional, and as residents, have pride in this Community.Make a dish for the potluck dinners held every holiday and loosen your wallets for the Community-wide garage sale at the clubhouse a few times a year.Youll like the location and people. Come become part of the family.

Beautiful pool, really cool pool table room along with decorated weight room. 6 stars

Very very poor for RV ers. We turned around and left after assessing our site. Our site had an old car with engine repairs being done in it. Very disappointed as the area is lovely. Unfortunately the park is not set up for RVs. Beware .

After staying in emerald desert, Silverspur is quite a wonderful experience . I feel like I am at home! Also I can afford to live here.

This place is full of pretentious old folk, that pry into others business! The pool and hot tub are always under repair the clubhouse has zero amenities, and the kids run unsupervised until 10p.m. on school nights!!

The pool is nice...the prices are decent. The location is kind of far from everything like shopping, entertainment and bus stops tho..

Yes the front death the manager and the help are horrible here. People here are full of white privilege. And they dont know the difference between a Hispanic and a Mexican. It is a joke but yeah come and live here come on come on
