Great experience speaking with Scott at Capital. They have a nice selection of carts to look at test drive locally around the Palm Harbor roads. Prices are comparible with different features on all the models.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They are thieves. They will steal parts off of your cart and hope that you do not notice. This business should be shut down to protect costumers from being robbed. I see a small claims court lawsuit in their future.

Wow. I had heard good things about Capital Carts for awhile, but was never quite ready to pull the trigger. A friend finally talked me into going down there and am very glad we did.Friendly folks. Super helpful. Made our first cart buying experience enjoyable. I look forward to working with them again.

Unfortunately, they are too busy to service customers who purchased carts from them. I guess you need to buy a new cart to get their attention. Ive called several times and stopped in 3 times to no avail. I tried to purchase tires, then rims and tires but both options were weeks out. Got them on line in 6 days. I need new batteries but they wont even accept an appointment to have mine tested. I can drop the cart off and theyll get to it when they can but how long will that be? Unfortunate because the staff and owner are very nice but we bought this cart there new 5 years ago and now we cant get service? Ill be sure to consider that when we replace the cart next year...

I stopped in to look at Yamaha carts, not 15 minutes ago. Walked around for 10 minutes not one person wanted to sell me a Yamaha golf cart, I would have been happy if someone would have at least acknowledged me and said they would be able to help in a minute or so. Customer service justsucks in sales today.

Great service and you cant beat the price!

First time getting service done on the golf cart. They picked up the golf cart, did a full tuneup and dropped it back off when completed. No longer backfires and runs smooth. I will definitely bring it back to them when needed.

Brought my cart in for motor upgrade and frontend work. Shawn said I should see around 25-26 mph with motor upgrade. When I received my cart back I took it out Michigan Blvd to test the speed of my cart. Ran the cart past the speed check signs and my cart is constantly hitting 27 mph. The estimate that Shawn gave me before bringing my cart in was accurate and finished when they projected to done with the work. Will do my future upgrades with CGC.

Called with questions about a part and to see if I could buy the part from them. They refused to answer any questions or if I could buy just the part. They kept wanted me to bring it in for a $100.00 diagnostic fee plus parts. A simple YouTube search answered my questions and I found a ton of DIY information on the web. Needless to say I ordered the $27.99 part from amazon and it will be delivered tonight. I will never use Capital again. A little customer service goes a long way. There are to many resources out on the web that makes it easy to do your own work.

My husband and I were searching for the perfect, quiet, golf buggy for hunting and in our search we discovered that the new, gas powered, Yamaha quiet tech has it all.....I started calling multiple dealers looking for the right fit for us and reached Scott at Capital and he answered many questions I had......we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and get a new buggy......I had to wait for my husband to get finished working before we could head to Palm Harbor......they close at 5:00......Gene stayed open and waited for us, we did the deal, he showed us many options that are being considered and we are very, very satisfied with our purchase! Dont botherI took my charger in to be tested and fixed.Dropped off at 8am. I was told someone would look at it and call.I called back at 1pm, nobody had looked at it.Called back at 430 and was told Everyone is busy.Asked when they would get to it and Shaun has no idea.If youre that busy, then tell me.If youre running behind, call me.Went back the next day and picked up it and took it elsewhere.Dont bother with these clowns

2016Theyre a bunch of thieves I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from them at all the owner is the biggest thief of them all the owner Gene is the biggest thief health smile in your face while hes ripping you off they will sell you a bucket of rust with used batteries and tell you it is recondition cart Ive spoke to many owners that purchased from any one of the locations and they all do the same rip you off the owner has closed many businesses under the same name Capital he cheated and lied and stole from everyone Ive ever known I would not send anyone to any one of the locations somebody needs to close this company down because the owner does not deserve anybodys business

Terrible dealt with Gene Owner, he said carts were in great shape bullS*** they were both wrecked and batteries 2 years old Gene and his Girlfriend friend Scott will Rip you OFF!!!
