Came in 10 minutes before they close and they refused to service us. Although it was an emergency and I had to drive 120 miles. I offered to pay them double but they still didnt consider helping us. Bad business

Went for a car battery. Found it at a great price. But, the customer service is not the best. Waited at automotive for half hour. No one showed up to check me out. Luckily, i knew what battery i needed, and I took it to the front to customer service. Paid for it there.

Employees were very patient with me. I owe an apology to all. I had a bad day and was rude to a hard working crew. Forgive me please, I am very sorry. You did a great job

This is by far the laziest bunch of technicians that have ever changed a tire. Im talking about 4 hours from start to finish.

The worst. At my appointment, I was told five people had called off that day and they couldnt do my tires until four hours after my scheduled time. The manager seemed frazzled, so I said I could come back the day after at 10 am. When I arrived for that appointment I was told my tires had not arrived. At that point I cancelled the order. Zero customer service and communication is non-existent.

I got really great service today, from the whole staff. The car was returned quicker than usual and the oil seems to be at the proper level after the change. Thank you all!

These guys work hard especially in the heat at times short staffed, please give them a break with all the complaints.

They claim the Auto center opens at 7:00 and it is now sometimes 9:00 sometimes 8:00 a.m.. makes it difficult to plan to have your car maintenance done.

Understaffed. Waited hour and half had to eventually leave and buy tires elsewhere because nobody there to open doors or work.

1. Calls to this facility went unanswered because there was never anyone at a desk inside.2. Arriving at the facility, I found no one that seemed interested in asking what I might need.3. I walked through the door from the shop into the store which locked behind me so I could not get back to my car without walking a long distance through the store, out the garden shop and back to my car. When I got back, I mercifully let 3 people out of the locked door then I went to another car repair business.

I called the store twice with no answer, or disconnect .I called the tire department four times and experienced the same. They could get 5 stars if someone answered the phone.HOWEVER,SERGIO PLUGS MY TIRE, whereas American Tire said they didn’t think they could. Well done Sergio.

I called to get a price on an oil change and tire rotation to compare prices with other companies. Walmart prices were the best the service was AWESOME from check in time to finish. This experience just reafirmed to me that you should never judge a book by its cover. I would have never thought such great service would be provided by Walmart. The service received was equivalent to the ones in dealerships.

They know they have the best price in town so they treat your time like you have forever and a day. They are nice enough but really careless. A woman waited and extra 20 minutes because they didnt tell her they her car was done. She noticed first! They are slow even when there is hardly busy at all.

Bought four tires and selected the more expensive option. After they were installed, we checked the tires and discovered that one of them was the less expensive option. Had to come back the next day for them to replace it with the correct tire. Then a day later found the adhesive balancing weights had fallen off (at least) one of the tires because they didn’t even clean off the road grime before sticking them on the tire. Not worth the incompetence and aggravation they inflict on customers to save a few bucks.

I really try to do all my shopping at Walmart. My husband was upset with me when I decided to have my tires checked and changed their rather than going to the tire shop he prefers. As it turns out I should have listened to my husband, I was sold for tires and I only needed two the other two that were in the rear were perfectly fine so much tread left on them I had no idea until I got home of course and my husband let me know. How mortifying to try to do something right and then be screwed.

I came in for a tire rotation, the manager told me it would be 1:30 minutes to be completed . It’s been 2:35 minutes and they are still working on it . I asked the auto center manager what’s going and he said I told you a 1 hour and a half. And he’s working on.I told him it’s be almost 3 hours now. He had no answer. He should not be a manager because is customer service skills are horrible. I then went to customer service, to talk to a store manager and have been waiting here for 21 minutes. Hopefully someone comes to talk to me.

Worst experience at this tire center. Waited patiently for over two hours for tire replacements and come to find out that the service tech could not remove the rim lug nuts. I watched as the lack of experience and lazy technician made little effort to remove the lug nuts. After observing this lack of motivation, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I could just imagine the type of work they perform. Today’s level of work ethic...not good.

TOTALLY RUDE PEOPLE WITH CRUSTY GUEST SERVICE SKILLS. MORE CONCERNED ABOUT HOW MANY MINS TILL THERE SMOKE BREAK THAN HELPING ME AFTRR 2 HOURS OF WAITING FOR A SIMPLE BATTERY EXCHANGE. THE TRANSACTION ONLY TOOK 5 MINS BUT I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS..THE NICEST MOST HELPFUL WAS A LADY LILA, I HOPE I THATS CORRECT NAME. THE REST OF THEM HAVE ALOT TO LEARN....

I have been taking my truck to walmart for oil change for years, sometimes my wait is 30 minutes and sometimes 2 hrs 30 mins. I normally drop it off and go shopping..the service has been great and the price is right and never had a problem. I like the fact they dont try to upsell you and they just reccomend what more you need to get done next service. I you want to get in and out quickly, get there by 7am you will be out in no time all, just saying...

Horrible! I came in to get a tire replaced on Saturday morning 11/30/2019 they said it would take 3 - 4 hours to even get looked at and since I was driving a questionable spare I didn’t have a choice but to leave the car here and take an Uber to work. $26 and 3 hours later I call (which took 6 attempts before having to call the main store to get transferred) to get an update they said oh sir the tire you brought in can’t be patched we will have to replace it which is what I kept saying to begin with so I asked what the total would be they said $44 I said yea no problem come to find out it was $66 after charges. $90 to change a tire... I learned my lesson and will never go to another Walmart auto center again.

Very friendly staff nice place to visit but you need to expect a wait.

Typically I have to wait about an hour or hour an half for oil changes or new tire installations. For me, this isnt a big deal. Ill walk around Walmart, go to McDonalds in the store etc. The prices are decent and Ive never had an issue with the service either. Everyone has a preference of where they go for services for their vehicle, for me this is in my budget and close to my home.

Slowest tire service Ive ever seen. I seriously just watched this guy take 45 minutes to change 2 tires.Im now 1 hour, 45 minutes beyond my appointment time and my car STILL HASNT BEEN TOUCHED.

Simple oil & filter change. 15 minutes to check in. Then 50 min later, told they dont have filter. Ck out they wanted $5 for bulb I didnt ask to change. Lost me as a customer .. Bye bye walmart. Deport & get better help.

Asked for a replacement tire since its still under warranty, said all they can do is patch is up so whatever. Then they told me it would be an hour and they should be done. I waited more than 3 hours and they did absolutely nothing to my car other than move it. Worst experience ever and the workers there dont hold accountability, just unprofessional and idiotic. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Horrible. Horrible experience. They lost parts of my vehicle while installing a new battery. Then they lost the technician who supposedly worked on our vehicle. All in all Steven in auto care looses parts and Rose the comanager files claims uncooperatively. Do not use

Great price for good tires but installation took a while ...

I came to walmart for two new tires. I was put on hold for 30 mins at which I asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor qouted me wrong. Didnt include tax. When you do a quote you have to include all it took over 2 hours. Even though they told me only an hour. Never coming back ill go to my normal mechanic and pay the extra 100 to get good service and not have tje headache.

This is the place to get all your automotive needs met. The guys are super honest and have extremely reasonable prices I wont go anywhere lease for tires or automotive repair.

This Walmart always 2 hours wait for simple oil change &filter

15 minutes on hold is damn ridiculous to talk to someone about your car. Dedicate somebody to run phones, make appointments. This is no way to run a service center. Let the grocery shoppers go up front and run the service like a service should be run! Shame on you Walmart.
