Dr Swartz for 20 years a scholar and a great optomologist. Till backed $short because of covid was his staff unable to think outside a box. Extremely upset and beyond disappointed for lack of compassion. Shame on you go back to palm beach. Jeff Kahanec

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. Made the mistake of calling when they were closed for lunch and left my information. They never called back.

My dad needed an appointment ASAP and everytime they made an appointment for whatever reason they cancel it a couple hours before the time they gave us making my dad waste a whole day of work, we got tired of their unprofessional service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and inviting office.

I Going On May Maybe

I was a first time patient in April 2013, then my husband was a first time patient in May of 2015. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Slomka; great bedside manner, very nice, listens to his patients. Today, 11/10/2015 my 93 year old M-I-L was a first time patient. Her appt was for 2 pm, she was called to the exam room at 3:05 pm, then finally exited at 4:20 pm. When I made the appt for my M-I-L, I advised the office that she was 93 years old with major dementia. She was a new patient & should have had an appt that allotted a 30 min new patient visit. I dont think this was the case. Granted, Dr. Slomka is very good at what he does, but I would suggest that his office manager/office staff take a good look at their scheduling and make some changes for the senior patient population that I saw there today. There were 8 senior patients for appts (not including my M-I-L). Good doctor, lousy scheduling.
