In the times of covid it is always an unknown when visiting a visit for a place where youre forced to wait. Five Star Tint was friendly, fast and effecient. The waiting room was roomy, comfortable with a friendly staff if you needed anything. I had expected a couple of hour wait time and I was happily surprised when I saw my car roll around the corner at under an hour if you figure the check in took at least 10 minutes and I was a minute late, 😂 Great experience, knowledgeable friendly staff. I would highly recommend Five Star Tint for all you automotive tinting needs.

So to pay almost $500 they left my car windshield dirty & left fingerprints everywhere. it’s a brand new 2021 car. The tint is great but I’d expect more cleanliness if I’m paying $480 for window tint.

I have not been to this place, but it came highly recommended. My 2 stars is based on the responses by the owner of this business, in regards to his customer complaints. It is never a good thing to speak to your customers in this manner. There has to be records of the work that was done, regardless of whether the Cust has his receipt. No business will touch property without there being a record of it. There should have been a better outcome than what was given to this Cust. I read most of the owner responses, and it sounds like he or she needs a course in effective communication, as well as some respect. Tinting and any of these services is a luxury, and optional, not essential as one Cust stated. It is always a better idea to leave on a good note, and remember your customers keep you in business. Again, I have never been to this business, and I am not commenting on their work! As a successful business owner, I felt this owner needed a reality check, and to say I am mortified at some of your responses. This place did such a great job at removing my tint! I bought a car that did not have a professional install it, so it had bubbles and was peeling off of my windows. I could not even see out the windows when driving, that is how bad they were. Five Star Tint took a couple of hours removing it, and my windows looked brand new! Definitely coming back soon to have them install new tint. Thank you!

I had my wife drop off our car to get the windows tinted. She picked it up and dont know how she lost the recipt. Well I came home a few days later and saw a few bubbles and a bad seem cut on my driver window. Now that Im back in town I went over to 5 star and the young lady said oh sorry if you have no receipt we cant do a warranty claim. Not sure how its a warranty claim if the job was done poorly to begin with...

They are just very pricey. I know some places are charging double to stay afloat but the price i got was 500% mark up. Several tint places are closing due to severe loss of demand in other words tinting your Car right now is not essential.

Our car looks great and best of all, stays a lot cooler! The last car already had window tint, and when we got this one the weather was still fairly cool, but once it got hot, we really needed to do something. Not having any window tint in the high desert was just not an option. We called around and 5 star tint was not only available to do the job, but got it done in just a few hours and now it’s actually comfortable in the car, even in the summer! Thanks 5 star tint!

This crew is great, professional & skilled. I drove over an hour to this store for my 2001 Camry. I knew what I wanted, but I consulted with these men and the work is impeccable. They use some great technology so the work is flawless. Well worth it. I knew what I had in terms of a budget and they were spot on. I made an appointment and they followed up with me. When I got back into the car, I could immediate feel the difference this tint made. Highly recommend this shop. Great crew.

I had a great experience with Five Star Tint. The work was done in a timely mannner and it turned out great. The pricing is very competitive if not better than many for a very quality product. I got the ceramic film and have so far been very impressed with how much cooler the car stays now. They also hook it up with a military discount which is great for all those who have served the country. I recommend this place.

This company was great. We did not use them for car window tinting, but we had them tint the windows in our house. I called to request a quote, and a few hours later the owner called back to talk to me about my needs and to schedule a free estimate. The owner came as scheduled and was extremely professional. He had an informational packet and samples to leave for us. He spent an hour here talking to us about our needs and taking measurements for the estimate. We received a written estimate (via email) later that day. We had called early in the season, so we were able to get the work crew here within 3 days to do the job. The work crew arrived on time and were extremely professional. Aside from the fact that my windows were now tinted, I would not have even known they had been in my house. Great group of guys! I was going to be in Palmdale for an appointment and had been looking for a place to get my windows tinted. I checked out Five Star Tint and based on the reviews and pictures I saw, I called to schedule an appointment.I took my 2018 Toyota Camry and had them tint all my windows. Went to Five Star Tint to get my car tinted and found out they did wraps that protect the paint as well!?! I was blown away!! So I had them wrap my brand new BMW to matte black. When they were finished with the wrap, I didnt recognize my car. It was a brand new car! Was a breath taking moment seeing the wrap and tint all together you would not believe I could have that car. I went back one day because I wanted to get darker tint and when I went to the shop they were changing the color of the rims on another BMW! So once again Five Star Tint had another project on their hands. I have had all the work done for over a year and not one problem. No wonder they call themselves Five Star Tint. Couldnt duplicate a banner they already had done for me once then owner got mad and peelee it off 😂 good thing we got other wrapping shops around the av cant believe they cant duplicate the same of what they already did once.

Best shop in town!!! Theyre the only authorized 3M window film dealers in town and they have an actual 3M wrap tech for their vinyl installations. I had my headlights tinted by the owner a year ago and they still look amazing!

I have been to my fair share of business in the antelope valley but I wish I wouldve never came here. I paid $340 for the ASWF tint on my windows. Than had to come back an hour later to fix a rear window because there was a very noticeable dog hair in between the tint and window. Elias the owner than proceeds to pull my car out front and runs over the biggest speed bump know to man, and my car is lowered with many suspension components. It was so loud when he hit the bump i heard it from the waiting room. He half-hazardly jumps out while talking on the phone and tries to play it off. I bring it to his attention and he scurries inside. Regardless a day later I get the car waxed and cleaned and i start wondering if they didnt catch that dog hair, what else didnt they catch. I inspect the car thouroughly and find more dog hairs and what looks like dirt in almost every window, looks like they tinted my car outside in the wind. I setup a third visit to see these guys I express myself on how they didnt do a good job. I point out the marks on my door trim and headliner and all the glue they left dried up on my door panels and glue all over my steering wheel and shifter and e-brake. I get a bit verbal with Elias and what does this guy do. He calls the damn cops on me. Three cops show up and he starts acting like a victim. The cops explain that this is a small claims issues and that is personal not criminal so theres nothing they can do. They also banned me from there store and the cops said I am trespassing if I return. $340 down the drain. The tint is misaligned on driver window, and the dog hairs are still there. I WARN EVERYBODY IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. ILL SEE YOU IN COURT ELIAS!!!

About a month ago went there and spent about 650 on ceramic tint. At first they were very nice until I call and told them that a piece of tint chip off. Went there and the girl Alice said that it was cause by me slamming seat belt into the window and said that we don’t cover that, I then pull the belt out as far as I can and let it go and ask her to show me. She just then walk away. Life time warranty is bullcrap. Would never return there again.
