Their customer service has really gone and when you call them on it, they become defensive, instead of admitting hey we made a mistake and will fix it.....They used to be 5 stars on my book, not any more......Will limit my visits to this store
The staff is extremely knowledgeable here. They know their parts and products and they are all passionate about cars, and what they do. Go to Napa if you need advice with your automotive issues, you will be taken care of. Napa has been around forever and this store has decades of automotive experience and quality parts on the shelves!

I was disappointed I went to get a battery checked before purchasing a new one and I was told it would be a hour before he could help me. Ok that would be a 2 hour waiting time. I got the impression he was having a bad day, and he never even suggested that I could leave it and they could call me when it’s done. I even drive out of my way to shop there.Because I have liked the way i have been helped in the past, “But not so much this time”
This store seems to have more items in stock and more employees working there and are willing to help you out compared to the Napa on 12th West and M-4. If parts have to be special ordered, they will contact you when the parts are there, unlike the other store.

Im not sure how I feel about this disorganized place. Theyre attitude and lack of professionalism is astounding.Then I dont understand why you advertise carrying a product but the minute a customer requests it, the got order it and you pay and gotta wait till the next to receive a call that its in. So I say to myself Im already here might as well order it. After an hour of watching three different people try to locate and purchase the product i finally pay for and im told that it will be in by 11am the next day. I show up just passed noon the next day and it hasnt arrived. So im told to come back later. Im told it should be here by 1pm. I return around 5 pm and I wait and wait as 2 - 3 people look for the product that was ordered and paid for the day before. So Im told its missed place, another worker put away and has gone home, trying to reach them. The vendor messed up the order, our system malfunctioned. I told they can re order it. No thanks, just a refund ! Going to order my items online directly through the manufacturer could saved time,money, and gas going online and ordering myself.When thats what is done anyways.

Workers ignored me waiting to make a return while walking around and chatting with friends. Only 2 of 4 employees were wearing masks. Refused to take return of damaged shipment purchased online, or of core return even though the online policy said they should. They had to make multiple phone calls to other managers to figure out how to not do their job.
Crew here needs to get more familiar with cars! Ive been given the wrong car parts a few times!

Have most parts for just about everything you need. Especially older vehicles.
I reserved Parts online and when I tried to pick them up they werent ready, and they didnt even have one of them in stock. They said that I was supposed to call to make sure it was in stock even though the paper I had said it was in stock and ready for pickup, then they said I came to the wrong store. the pickup address was clearly the store I was at. I drove by three other auto parts stores to get to them because I really believe in Napa. The worst part of all they did not offer any solution or even an apology.

Half the staff showed up late to opening. Sat at the counter ignored for 5 minutes before one of the clowns that was late asked if I needed any help. Then got to sit another 15 minutes before they even started to make the over priced hydraulic line. I’ll be seeking a new supplier after this trip.
I had to go in here three times for the same part, some how whatever part number the had in their system didnt fit my vehicle I ended up driving my vehicle to the store to make sure the part was the right one

Badly, on July 11, we bought a battery that came out defective since we bought it, the truck failed 4 times for the same reason that it did not charge the battery, we went to change it for 1 month since it was bought an insurance and they did not want change it or return the money, today was my husband again and they also did not want apart the driver behaved very arrogant and so he responded with a very bad sandwich they testified and that if it served, we went to rally auto parts, and checked the battery apart from not having a charge not served was unhappy and in poor condition, we were going back to what the handler was not and on the other hand we were attended by another person who saw what happened last time as was the work of his companion asia mi husband talked to the owner and if we change the battery and behaved very consciously, because of bad employees is that companies lose money. At least we dont go back to napa
