Went there for a dmv required light and break inspection. Most places told me that they didn’t have the certificate I needed so I stuck it out with this man. He pulled the truck in and banged my door on the pole in his shop. He closed the door and drove it in a bit more. Then he replaced two lights in order for my truck to pass. He struggled to assemble the front end. I saw him pull the silver strip, but didn’t think much of it because I assumed that he knew what he was doing. I just noticed that he damaged the part that he pulled. There is no way that he wouldn’t of noticed it. As a woman, it’s already hard enough to find a mechanic that doesn’t take advantage. He chose to stay quiet. I would not recommend this place. I paid over $200 for that simple service and now I have to replace the part he damaged. That is the photo right after I bought it and what I saw today. Horrible service! So disappointed in this man, total lack of honesty.

They try to milk you for your money. I called for an estimate on a CV axle replacement. I had already bought the part at autozone, so I would only be paying for labor. The estimate they gave me was $300 WITH my part. A job that takes less than an hour would be $300. Definitely call other places before going here. Their ethics is not to par.

Ive been going to Phoenix Auto Tech for several years. Alfonso, the owner knows his stuff and hes always able to figure out the problem and get it promptly fixed. I was initially referred to Phoenix Auto Tech by another auto shop that couldnt resolve engine issues with my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The other auto shop indicated they would routinely send their customers to Phoenix Auto Tech whenever they couldnt repair a customers vehicle.

Do not go there. I’ve just notice by going to another mechanic, he is not changing the parts I’ve bought. I have also noticed that he change separates from my excellent parts to defected ones. Not to be trusted — he is a crook.

The mechanic is extremely Fair will work with you and does any other small details if necessary and very friendly and outgoing and knows his profession very well prices are reasonable and he will work with you to find the best price and solution excellent mechanic he is my go-to mechanic from now on

The man has integrity when it comes to following the law Ill give him that, but he stopped a lot during the service I requested. If you ordered food and the cook stopped every time on your order would you not be frustrated?

Very reliable diagnostic and repair shop. Alfonso does actual diagnostics here, not just those quick plug in and guess diagnostics other shops do. He has always been honest and reasonably priced.

Took my truck in to have differential rebuilt... These guys ordered parts got them in and did the job, they worked a few hours after closing to finish my truck. These guys did a great job and were very reasonably priced... Im very happy
