Just had surgery and was waiting in the outside but needed some cola. Sent my nineteen year old in for it and ice cream. Upon paying the cashier refused to let her purchase NON-ALCOHOLIC MERCHANDISE Coke, Ginger ale, and gelato because she is under 21. What the heck? My daughter can go into any liquor store and buy candy, soda and ice cream with NO ISSUES.My daughter explained I was out I. The car and just came from surgery else I’d be i. There myself.The cashier was rude and snarky (according to my daughter’s account)The cashier said “your mom can place an order online for pickup”. However, the delay is over an hour and I needed to get home and rest.This incident was truly ridiculous.I have no plans returning to pursue business at this location again.- Unreasonable accommodations

I was shopping and a long hair skinny adult older Caucasian male employee was walking 3 inches away from me not respecting my space. And I know he is on drugs the things he was doing wasnt making any sense. Dude he must be the owners son. Who knows but watch out for that guy. I wouldnt take my kids at this bevmo location. Beware.

If you are looking for a strong drink, look no further. The On the Rock Old Fashioned is a stiff, bold drink thats also enjoyable.

The young lady that help me was so helpful. Her professionalism and knowledge of the store was perfect. She took time away from her chores to ensure that I went to the right location when I suggested that she could point to the general direction. I looked for the Ancient Peak brand. She guided me to one of the wine experts where we came up with a nice substitute. Throughout the entire time, the young lady, was quite pleasant and extremely professional and accommodating.BevMo, great hire!!!

This is the only place in town that stocks a good selection of non-alcoholic beer, that I drink. The place is always well stocked, very clean; with a friendly staff. A great combination!

The selection of alcohol along with all the mixes to go with each, and the store is well organized making each trip quick and easy.

I had an awesome guy who helped me find Freixenet Champagne for a friend. He also helped me find some wine. It was like l had my owner personal shopper. The store manager was very helpful too. The workers were nice people in Palmdale

Went in looking for tequila aged in whiskey barrels, came out with a poor no flavor option that they highly recommended. Wish I could return it.

I went during at July 3rd and it wasnt even that pack considering that July 4th is tomorrow. The workers were extremely kind and even kind enough to help me find the beverages I was looking for. They have a wide selection of drinks including alcohol. I personally got soju which they had a small selection. Even with the small selection I was happy to get it. If you ever need a drink quick this is your best bet you find it. If I ever need any other drink this is the place I will return to in the future.

Excellent selection of all types of liquor. Reasonable prices

BevMo has multiple Ice Buckets but this was the only one that was stainless steel, with a lid and tongs. The others were clear acrylic ice buckets with no lid. The lid doesnt have a tight seal, but still closes nicely. This was $40, so wasnt bad for the price. I havent used it yet, so Im not sure how well it keeps the ice cold. The only reason I didnt give this a 5 star is because there are a few jagged edges at the top of the ice box. You can see in the 3rd picture.

The worst liquor store Ive ever been into!I remember back when this store first opened (not long after the K-Mart went out in this location), and when I first went in to look around, it seemed like they had everything! Of course, this was 15 or 20 years ago now.Over the last 5 to 10 years, no, theyre basically just an overpriced liquor store where you can find ALL of the same products for way less money in any grocery or smaller liquor store around the AV.The two things Ive gone in looking for, Blantons Bourbon (yeah, cant even find or try the bourbon of my own namesake - my family on my dads side have all tried it and always rave about how wonderful it is, but I never can find it, unless its in a smaller liquor store for $200.00 a bottle), and Moosehead Lager.Bevmos website states this store has Moosehead in stock. Ive been in twice, once last Saturday, and again yesterday (Wednesday), and both times the space where its supposed to be is empty.NONE of the employees seem to know why this is, OR CARE, all they do is exist in the building to collect a paycheck.

This is the big box store of alcoholic drinks and their employees are not at all knowledgeable about their product. Know what you want before going in.

Great place. They have many varieties of beer, wine and liquor that arent commonly found in grocery stores. Wide open aisles make for easy shopping.

Love BEVMO always find what I need especially Kegs or tequila.....

They have a lot to choose from and pretty good customer service but their prices are just too expensive.

Good place to find lots of different types of spirits, one of the few places Ive been to where I can find real German beer. They offer it in a wide selection of pilsners, hefeweizens, dunkles, and dopplebocks.they also have a huge selection of different types of wines, liquors, and cigars.Only four stars because getting help is very difficult there.

I love Bevmo but the manager at the store Andrew is rude and discriminatory says you’re not allowed to FaceTime with your parents when they’re unable to go to the store for themselves I’ve never heard of a store policy like this

Im a soda guy, wish they had Blue Brainwash from Skeleteens like some BevMos do but I was willing to stand in line for some Moxies. The best part was the service. The young lady that rang up my sodas was actually full of energy, enjoying her job and radiating positivity. I dont say that in a lame way. Not that person, she was just singing along and enjoying her day and beyond pleasant. Great experience.

I went in to purchase gift cards for Christmas... They didnt have gift cards for their store. They said their vendor hasnt supplied them with gift cards lately. You cant buy gift cards in a regular store for Bevmo, But I can travel 40 minutes to the other store and see if they have them.... Ummm no.

Decent selection of craft beer. Could be better. Prices need to be shopped as I find things here that are cheaper elsewhere but also find things here that are cheaper than elsewhere. Service is a bit flat people that worker here in the past would walk the store and ask if you needed help. This last trip they just stayed at register or back room (yep heard ya all back there laffing it up). So we wandered around found a few things interesting to try on our own.

The beverages here may cost more than if you would buy it on line, but it allows you the ability to try different flavors or drinks to find what you will like. There is all kinds of tools and extras that you will like for going with the enjoyment of liquid refreshments. There is also drinks for kids, it is not all alcohol bases drinks. The sugar based drinks are numerous and good tasting compared to the cheap other junk drinks in your normal low priced store.

They state that they have curb side pick up, but they dont ! I saw several customers without mask! I just order one bottle of wine for cooking . No stars!But I had to post a star, so it could be posted .

Cashier was not very friendly and questioned my online order because I did not have my ID when the order was paid for by my company. I think her actions were racially motivated. Even after I showed two different debit cards with my name on them she still had to get a manager to ok my pickup which was already paid for.

Staff doesnt seem to know their own products very well at all and will argue with you about whether they stock items or not

Selection is great and the store is always clean. The cashiers are pleasing even if theyre not always super friendly. Prices might be a little more compared to a grocery store, but you have the convenience of having all your options in front of you and being able to constantly try new stuff.

I went for the beer. They have a wide variety of brews in every style you can think of, with both commercial and craft breweries represented. Most are on the shelf but many of them are in the cold case. And they have snacks too so its one stop shopping. The staff is super helpful.

They dont keep stock of our favorites but we always find new favorites. They have the best variety. They can also order whatever is not in store but I havent done it yet. I heard they deliver to houses too. The employees are always very helpful.
