Some genres have a large selection, while others only have two or three books. I suppose online shopping is the reason. Its a nice clean store though, with a decent lay out. Some subjects are in more than one area though, so I definitely recommend looking around a bit. The staff seemed happy to help guide people to what they are looking for. The prices are good too.I do wish the music wasnt so loud. It was loud enough to detract from the experience.

As one of the only chain bookstores left across the country, they do a pretty good job of having a diverse collection of reading, audio/music, and activity items, to keep any age active. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of vinyl records, and games. If you need things to keep you entertained, this is the place.

Love love love this place. Friendly employees, great coffee shop, and neat organization. Only downside is that they took their reading area out. I used to come here all the time and read a sample before deciding which book I wanted. Now its like you better know for sure which one you want.

I love bookstores. chill environment, nice café area with tables to relax in, and not too busy at the time i went. online book order and in-store pick up went super smooth. always a treat to go!

We were looking for specific Biography from a Peruvian writer. The young man (cant remember his name) was wonderful help us to find the books we were looking for and place the order for us. Overall every employee we encounter was helpful, and friendly.

The employees were very nice, helpful & great conversationalist. Clearly they enjoy helping people & an added bonus they welcome young & adult readers alike. Well be back!

It was good except that an young male employee with curly hair followed me around the store checking to see if I took something. I will not return.

This is the first time Ive been in since the pandemic. Theyve done some rearranging, which is nice. But its almost too sterile. Time will tell, I guess.

The store was very clean and organized, no employees ask if you need anything while you look which is fine by me but others might prefer if they make some type of communication with their customers. The staff did not look happy whatsoever. But for me an overall good experience.

Ive gone to this Barnes and Noble three times now. Ive only had one good experience. The rest were meh or just terrible. The last time I went, I bought The Only Good Indians, which is a horror book. The guy behind the register verbally noted shock at the title and seemed to judge me for buying the book. Obviously, if you read the jacket, you would know that the title is being used as a literary device, especially when you consider that the author himself is Native American. But, all the same, I left feeling embarrassed. The same cashier has also tried to sell me a random book while I was checking out another time. Not interested in being sold to, just want to buy the books I came in to get. Furthermore, this particular Barnes and Noble seems to be understaffed. You can see that theyre stressed all the time and, at times, it comes off as rudeness. I feel bad because I do try to support brick and mortar bookstores, even if it does cost me a little bit extra. Unfortunately, Im going to have to find a new place to buy books.

Staff was great. They had staff walking around asking if I needed help to find something. Then they had more registers open up when the wait was over 2 minutes long. I would go back again and again!

The store has been reorganized so it took me a minute to get my bearings to find what I was looking for. Thankfully the staff is friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Always a joy to be at this store 🥰

Go email that order was ready for pickup. Arrived at 2:45pm on Sunday. No one has answered phone. Called customer support. They can’t do anything about it. I don’t live around this store (35 mile one way trip) but it showed it had the item I wanted for pickup. Very disappointed.

Had a book ordered on hold and the staff said they will call me when the book comes in and i never received a call or a notice so i went to check to see if my order was there. The cashier up front didnt even check to see if my order was in just said that it was put back on the shelves and was sold already. Thats the worst service i had at this shop.

I love Barnes and Nobles, I genuinely hope this is one book shop that stays no matter what. Nothing beats the smell of new books and the aroma of coffee and tea along side of it. My cat loved them as well and would frequently hide in the bags Id get when he was younger. They have so much more than just books in their repertoire. They have manga, journals, science projects and random fandom items throughout. They also have a vinyl records selection of modern day artists with an old school retro touch. They offer art supplies and various crafting projects and even have a electronics section. They offer everything from self help to spirituality and even have gifting options and a gifts section with the most incredible and hilarious small gifts.. an example of this would be cat butt magnates or unicorn squishy poop. This place I would have to say has incredible prices on their books and a wonderful staff that works there. Theyre eager to help and know their stuff in regards to whatever youre looking for. The place is prestige and super well organized and just offers an amazing and comfortable atmosphere, I literally could sit in an isle checking out literature all day (and I have before several times) and get lost until closing (which I have also done) theyre an incredible store all-around, a bit pricey on things that arent literature or new releases, but totally worth it.

Always a delight so tranquil, always puts me in the mood to read.

Love the concept of Barnes and Nobles, and always will, but was disappointing I was unable to find no magazines in other language than English among the hundreds they sell. It would be nice to have some for our elders who prefer to read in the native language.

10/10 would go back especially once the pandemic is over and I can sit in the cafe again. The assortment of books is enormous and each one is reasonably priced. Only complaint is that they didnt have Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but a lot of places dont have Yu-Gi-Oh cards so I cant complain too much about it. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is kind, and its very clean. Overall would go again.

The starbucks inside is the best! The have pretty good food and their drinks are always on point. Theres also a good amount of seating, and its a pretty nice environment to read, study, or chat with friends. The staff are great and really get to know you. Courtney in the cafe (hoping Im spelling it right) is amazing! I love her energy and shes super sweet!

At this time this is an excellent spot to immerse oneself in peace and quite among the many books. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Overpriced as usual. You will pay more just to see your adolescent children running around like kids in a candy store because the collectors first editions, Manga and all the BTS gear are available. Kristin, our cashier, did an excellent job at engaging with my children and myself as she rang us up. She also ran her speil for the card, and who says yes to that $25 card! I did! She explained the discounts, the worth and $35 saved (yep that says how many anime books purchased but I bought the newest Christine Feehan!). Great experience overall but no chairs and high prices....

Quiet place to enjoy book browsing and find little gifts.

This is one of my favorite places to visit and has been since I was a kid. Their arent many bookstores left that have great vibes like this one. Years ago they used to have furniture so you could sit and read but for some reason have gotten rid of them. I definitely think they should bring that back. Otherwise very cool place to enjoy reading and they have great deals.Pro tip for parents: Take the kids to their section they have books, toys, and a stage to perform. My kids love it and they always find a great book to read and buy.
