Boulders 1 is very nice place to live. The Guard Gate keeps the privacy for all residents. They have a nice pool and Jacuzzi along with a kids playground. Very nice place to live.

We reside here. Its OKAY. Please know that prior to purchasing a mobile home, HERE or ANY WHERE, the Buyer REALLY should have thorough inspection done. I recommend Inspector Catch-It there are many issues that I did not know about. It is a clean, quiet safe place.
The pool is closed when its late march for no reason and even when it is open it is never properly maintained. Two nights ago I was on my nightly walk and my dog pointed out a syringe on the side of the street, which is still there and no one has taken care of it so overall maintenance is very poor. Theres this creepy guy always walking around my house and many others in the park, even near peoples doors up their driveways. Beware and keep watch this park is weird. even the security follows me around on my walks and parks next to me all creepy, that does not make me feel safe. Could be much better.
