I came in to the store to upgrade and left feeling great about my purchase. Bianca took the time to help transfer everything from my old phone. This has made using my new device so easy. She even taught me how to use the new features and how to benefit from the cricket app. I definitely will be referring my family and friends.

I came into the store for something i thought was going to take long but Lizbeth was super attentive to every concern & question I had! I ended up upgrading my phone & once again lizbeth helped make the process so much easier. She transfered all my information to my new phone & even taught me how to use the my cricket app. So much knowledge was shared & I cannot be happier with the service.

Had to stop in at Cricket the other day and and it is always a pleasure to see Marcus & Jessica! Marcus & Jessica can always answer any questions you have and you are never in there for a long drawn out period of time! I never have a bad experience when I come to see them and if one is not available the other one always there and eager to lend a helping hand to satisfy your need. I strongly recommend the Cricket location on 10th St West because of the great customer service and care each rep has shown me and my family members. But Bianca was very knowledgeable and set me up with new service that included my plan, device, and even accessories. I came in to switch my services. I was greeted by Jessica whom was such a great help throughout the whole process. Marcus was very warm and helpful with educating me on what cricket wireless have to offer. Since switching over my service, I haven’t had any problems. The service is great and the customer service on the date that I switched my service was AWESOME!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If i could put zero stars i would the whole experience was a nightmare i am currently dealing with corporate to try to fix the situation. The rep would not give me his name as he knows he messed up my whole account i have never had such a horrible experience with cricket and have been a customer for 3 years very sad. Now i am trying to move to boost but they wont unlock my phones! Rude customer service!

Sorry changing my 5star to a 3 star. Been coming to cricket for 3-4 years but lately Ive realized they are a great help when it comes to buying a phone but when it comes to setting it up or having trouble with a phone they shu you away.. my son got a phone it took 5 days to figure out how to set up I came in for help they didnt even wanted to try to help. Came back alittle later with my other son phone due to the fact it has stopped working again no help offered but saying go elsewhere. Other phone companies are helping me when I aint paying them yet cricket wont help me when I am paying them like WHAT ?... Anyways the apple store is over a hr away from where I live I went once and they said appointment only then had to wait a few months to go again. I didnt turn his phone off cus didnt want to lose insurance but of course they charge phone service for a phone that doesnt work. Apple replaced the phone due to the fact there was no damage but already had so little live to phone that the power wont turn on I called cricket to see if can get credit to make up time for the phone that been charged for 5 months but wasnt working and they said no. Be careful all they care about is your money not of you as a person or anything else.

Favorite cricket store in the antelope valley. This entire team is always friendly amd offer solutions! My phone broke and I was helped by Marcus. Now I have a brandnew phone with a protective case and class. Thank you cricket!

This is the only Cricket store I go to in the AV. The manager is nice and friendly. The rest of the staff are polite and kind. Theyre a little on the slower side, but get things done and go the extra mile to help you out.

Half to no signal strength for all of the AV. Cricket is owned by AT&T and uses their towers. Most popular dining and shopping places have just enough service for a call, there is no (or extremely low speed) data available for most of AV.There is better coverage in Mojave than all of Palmdale/Lancaster. Dont bother with Cricket if you want reliable service.

This store DOES NOT help you after they sell you something and then you have phone issues. When I told the male manager about his bad customer service and told him that I was going to disconnect my service, he said, Go ahead! I told him, no wonder you never have any customers in the store and it will be a matter of time before you close down. One employee on a Sunday.......SAD.

Bought an iphone5 for my daughter for christmas after a couple weeks it went off called corporate they said it was a stolen phone so I went in & they tried to get another phone for me but that ended up being the same thing so in the end I got refunded the price of the phone so it was not a good experience...my daughter is very upset & sad she loved her phone & now is disappointed with the android we had to hook her number too ...
