WOW! Loved their selection, and the staff is friendly! The Manager was so sweet he brought out all the shoes and helped me the entire day. Thank you will come back and shop again!

Rude a$$ staff, I’m not one to write bad reviews like that but bro, yall are so rude, terrible customer service. Like for real, you guys acted like you didn’t see anyone, then when I asked for helped, acted like the world was ending. Then just handed me the shoe, clearly not my size, and didn’t say anything. Y’all need a new staff, period

I went here today to get some shoes and I couldnt get it help from the stuff at all. There are behind the register laughing, cussing, and talkin about some of the customers that they left the store.

The staff is mediocre they seem more interested in interacting with one another than helping the customers. They are very loud as well, immature kids.

Bad service there was no wifi for the whole day all I wanted to to do was purchase some shoes ! This has happened to me twice last time I went it was the same issue . The workers were really nice about it though !

Horrible service the workers don’t Acknowledge the customer’s there to busy talking to each other about other things and I purchased a pair of Jordon 1 blood lines and when I opened the box they looked slightly worn with crease marks as if someone was wearing them then I went to return them after an hour and they said “ we don’t except used shoes “ this place is trash your better off at footlocker.

The employees are terrible at acknowledging customers there. Ive visited this store on 3 different occasions and each time Im wasnt greeted, wasnt asked if I needed help with finding anything, and met with stares and side conversations. Whoever is the hiring manager for this Shiekh store needs to be fired. Ive received better customer service at a flea market!

Employees don’t even acknowledge you. Kid behind the counter had no manners was in a Private phone conversation while helping the lady in front of me he even gave her the wrong change/ left the ink tag on. She didn’t seem bothered by it. But i was annoyed watching him hold a convo in his phone while helping us. When he helped me he continued with the conversation and looked lost. The employees do nothing but “hang out” you guys need better employees. Stop hiring kids who don’t want to work and hire some hard workers!! Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I hate to give bad reviews to anyone. But in this store, I had my worst shopping experience here, even compare to different stores in many different country. One of the employee’s attitude makes me feel she might have some kind of Racism. I would rather spend more money on other stores. At least you can have the respect as a customer. I won’t let my friends visit this store in AV mall anymore. Never.

A bit exspensive but understand the buisness

Terrible service, employees aren’t specific and are NO help at all I wouldn’t recommend (Antelope Valley Mall). You’re better off spending your money at Footlocker or Finish Line, honestly they could do better.

I will never go there again. The employees dont acknowledge you or ask if they can help you. They are all too busy standing around talking personal stuff and give you a dirty look when you interrupt them to ask for assistance. This is really bad customer service. With all that I decided not to buy anything from there and took my business to Footlocker.

Rude. i was browsing around for at least 5-7 mins before someone that worked there asked if i need helped. then when i went to the counter to purchase the shoes, the older guy at the register never even looked at me! he even held a full conversation with someone while handing my money back. the store wasnt busy or crowded, but they were not at all friendly.

Great store withb fantastic shoes to fit anyones personality, outfit, or closet. Phenomenal customer service as well. I have never had a problem with the Shiekh in the AV mall.

No help what so ever. They just stare and thats about it.
