Worst phone skills ever. They hate answering the phone. If you walk in youll hear the phone ringing non stop becuase noone wants to answer the phone. They said they would call me back when my prescription was ready. 3 days later I had to call and couldnt get through to anyone for over an hour.

Ive seen more competent workers at McDonalds. The pharmacy is a joke. They never have your medication on time and sometimes even give you the wrong medication. Not sure who to call to look into them. SMH
The covitt 19 task is literally a nose of swab a mouth swab and a cough into a cotton swab Ive been in line going on 45 minutes now this line has not moved anywhere and theres only 4 people in front of me this CVS is seriously taking its time on purpose Ive taken to cauvet 19 tests other places a while back and it was in-and-out these people must be a new type of special
We were told that an important medication for my wife would be ready on a Thursday. We couldnt get to it on Thursday, so we went on Friday. You would think that the medication might be ready at that time? Apparently not, as when we arrived at around 2 pm, the medication was not ready and wouldnt be ready until 4:30 pm. The staff members up until now had been incredibly short and rude as well.5 pm rolls around, plenty of time to get this finished, and so I go to pick up the meds. The person at the counter literally says the pharmacist is just now getting to it, itll be another 10-15 minutes. So were already at the 24 hour mark past when these pills were supposed to be filled, and now I have to wait another 10-15 minutes? And that 10-15 minutes turns into 25 minutes? And every worker that I run into is rude and unhelpful?Tell your doctor to send your prescriptions to the Target across the street, because they actually take care of and care for the people that they service. This place just makes an already difficult process 100 times worse.
Pharmacies are an extension of the professional health care system, therefore qualifying them to the code of conduct for health care professionals. As a patient, I have no confidence in this pharmacy to provide competent, STANDARD service for my medication needs. I will be moving my RXASAP. Jessica is rude, talks over people and doesnt know how to ask questions, or get information.

I rarely post 1 star reviews on any account but you must know 100% the WORSE CVS Ive ever been too. I asked 4 questions to 3 different associates looking for correct items and sales prices- all 3 Im sorry NO. Sales items from the weekly ad were not correctly posted or at all. THEN THE STORAGE MANAGER SEEN ME STRUGGLING TO FIND AN ITEM - HE ASKED ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE FINDING SOMETHING MAM? I SAID YES ACTUALLY I AM. THEN HE SAID WELL WE ARE CLOSING IN10 MINS SO YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO CHECK OUT NOW! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU ASK ME IF I CANT FIND AN ITEM THEN NOT HELP ME BUT TELL ME OH WELL GO CHECK OUT? ((NOTE TO MANAGER - IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB DO US ALL A FAVOR AND GET A NEW JOB.)) The coupon red box has been out of paper for over 3 months. GET SOME PAPER OR GET IT FIXED. I tried looking for a funny birthday card but there was storage boxes stacked up so I couldnt get to them. Then the same with the candy I couldnt get to the candy I wanted because of stacked crates! The store is disorganized, messy and dirty.
Its a good place but sometimes when I go to to get my prescriptions they dont have it ready which disappoints me you need to do better.
Great customer service. Laura the evening shift manager helped us out get our passport photos taken even though they were about to close. She was very friendly and helpful. I hope she gets recognized for doing such a great job.
Very helpful, polite, went above and beyond by brushing my prescription because I was waiting coming from the doctors office.I did notice several really rude customers though.

These folks earned it.tl;dr- They are more concerned with policies and closing on time that helping people.After a long week having a thrown out back and quite possible strep throat, I did my eight hours at work, hour and a half at urgent care and a quick drive through trip to get dinner for my family. This put me at the pharmacy 10 minutes before closing.This should not have been an issue, as my Rx was simple, common antibiotics. The urgent care I went to accidentally sent it to the CVS in Target across the street, which was closed.The worker suggested I call the doctor and get it switched to the 24 hour pharmacy that is 30 mins away across the valley.I asked if I could call the doctor right now, and have them handle it since I was here and live around the corner. She said no because they were closing soon.I told her I understood she would be staying a few minutes late, but it would mean a much more comfortable night for me.She said that it was policy not to do anything past closing and she would get in trouble.Either their policy truly is that the customer doesnt matter at closing time, or she was lying because helping a tired, sick and uncomfortable person was less important than getting out a few minutes later.Either way, I cannot recommend this store, nor will I ever be returning.
The store is just passable in terms of selection and service. The pharmacy at this location is completely shambolic. Youll need to be medicated just to deal with them. The CVS in the Target across the street is way better.
In most cases the drive thru service is great. Natalie is very friendly as well as a few others. But on 3/13/18 @ 5:55pm I drove behind a waiting customer. He sat at the window waiting to be helped. I noticed as I waited behind him, no interaction was going on between him & CVS employees. I also noticed he pulled up to get a better look inside the window & still no one help him. Then he drove away looking frustrated. I got to the window & Jessica informed me that someone would be with me in a moment. Meanwhile she stood in front of the company phone applying lipgloss, fixing her eyelashes, playing with her personal cellphone & answering a couple phone calls from the company phone. I think that if proper customer was exercised, she should have taken care of our needs & the customer before me then grooming herself. With that said, the pharmacist (the male employee with the white coat) was filling prescriptions rather than helping customers standing right in front of him.
The personnel at the pharmacy are beyond slow. Yesterday was the second time it happened. I dropped my prescription right before 11am and was told will be ready at 4pm went in at 5pm and was not ready. I was told if I wanted to wait it will take another 45 minutes. I left and I received a notification at 7pm that it was ready for pick up.
I went to return this old white guy maybe early 50s tatts with bat ears for a hair line was very rude i read a horrible review about him . his picture is on that review go look at the review for east avenue s in Palmdale this guy really is a nut like the other reviewer said . i walked in to return he was rude and raise his voice at me and didnt explain things well about the return process.
Always friendly staff. Business kept neat and clean.
All the girls are so helpful at the register. I use coupons and they never give me nasty looks and even help with my transaction so I always get the most bang for my buck.

They told me my medication was ready, but when it arrived it was something else, supposedly it would take 10 more minutes, but it was 40 minutes ... the worst pharmacy..not recommended

The staff who are working in that store are very ... you ask the staff a question and they answer you in a bad way ... if they dont want to work they dont work, let other people who are more tactful to work ... very bad experience 😔😔😔
