Who can hate frozen yogurt? The product is good thus it’s rated more by the service. They’re always cheerful and kind. Never had a bad time. Would recommend the mango and pomegranate to cool off on a hot day. Add some mango n strawberry boba too.

Been there 2 times before. NEVER HAVE I enrolled in the loyalty program for this establishment. Nor provided my cellphone number. The rewards points Doesnt say the person name nor keeps track of previous purchases,dates etc.. CUSTOMER SERVICEIS THE WORST EVER! The 2 other timeI kept my my demeanor calm. The long drive&heat had an impact on me moving slowly plus my physical pain. I was looking for my credit card, I had cash yet I needed it for something else. THE 1ST EMPLOYEEknew that I was looking for my credit card. My Daughter which is 15 years old was with me. OBSERVING EVERYTHING! The 2ND EMPLOYEE WHICH IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN! SHE KEEPS ACTING THAT WAY, SOMEONE will probably punch 👊 her out. RUDE NO RESPECT! She accused ME of trying to steal the yogurt! WTFRUIT! Sure a person with a crutch looking for her credit cards HAS ALL SIGNS OF CRIMINAL VIBES/BEHAVIOR????😑😐😐🙄😏😏😳😳🥴🥴🥴. I kindly let them know be patient and dont treat people how you ladies treated us. Including my daughter,which she grabbed the yogurt purchase from the table VICIOUSLY AND ROLLING HER HEAD! While I was looking for the credit card. NEVER HAVE this happened ANYWHERE ELSE! EVER! Sweet delicious dreamy frozen yogurt, they charge by the weight. So much wonderful flavors like a party in my mouth, like a childhood dreams of a sweet romance in your mouth, like a true love coming to kiss your mouth, French kisses dreams of Aussie Australian kissing. Too bad about snozberry machine. Snozberry is such a sweet wonderful flavor.

The place is great HOWEVER, the workers never say anything to the children who go up and grab seconds, not sure if it’s a thing now, but all the times I’ve came in, there are always children getting up and grabbing seconds. Sometimes the workers are in the back. Other times the workers have been there and haven’t said anything. Although it’s not the child’s fault and we should blame the ones raising them, the workers should take it upon themselves to say something about it. Unless as I stated getting seconds is now a thing. I’ve seen this going on for MONTHS now ! Did I not get the memo. ?

I love the flavors of this place, Yes they could have more variety but I can barely make up my mind with the flavors that the place has. The workers could be a bit more come front ward and friendlier but I havent had any bad experiences there. Sometimes the place always has great specials and of course I go. Great place.

Came in with mom for Mother’s Day discount and paid 20$ for two yoghurts. Forgot grandmas yogurt and mom went back in for it. Different employee actually gave the discount while the first fled and tried to hide. They had the nerve to ask my mom if “she’s even a mother” when she asked why the girl refused to offer the discount the first time around. She claimed we didn’t ask and that was untrue. really upsetting situation to be in on Mother’s Day. Never coming back and telling everyone to steer away.

This place is amazing. There are lots of toppings. I have visited all the Yogurt stores in the Antelope Valley and this one is by far the absolute best. The store is extra clean and the fruits are very fresh. Ill definitely be coming back.

Whoa! $35.00 for 4 desserts? One medium was $9.96. The other three smalls, averaged over $8.34 each. Are you insane? Does it cure cancer, or grow hair on the heads of middle-aged balding men, or perhaps erase facial wrinkles? Nope, but there are some drugs involved in the pricing of this dessert by the ounce. Or should we use kilos instead? Because I think they charged me for a Speedball.Never again...my little friend. I will not say Hello again.

What a great place for frozen yogurt. So many flavors and topping. You can even win a Apple Watch. I took my froyo picture and submitted it.

The froyo was very good, but the sorbet was even better!! and all the toppings you could ever want. My only complaint would be the price seems kind of steep a little over 20 bucks for two of us although the person I was with got a ridiculous amount of ice cream and toppings. Mine was like six bucks and hers was like 16.

If you have a problem with treating your sweet tooth well slide on over to sweet frog and take care of that craving

Went 2 days in a row and yet another excuse for funnel cakes. Went in at 5pm and employees said that they ran out of eggs. Excuses over and over. They should take down advertisements of funnel cakes if they never actually sell any. Ill b back to c if they ever get it together. Hope business fails sooner than later

Server 10133 Heidi is a very rude person. She preferred to dump my two sweet frog cups into the trash instead of letting me use my buy one get one free coupon. I will never buy from this location again. I rather prefer berry star yogurt instead.

I used to got 2 times a week until i saw a girl licking the frozen yogurt tube I told the servers and they were fightimg over which person to clean it. When somebody did clean they simply cleaned it with the same towel used for cleaning the tables.

It helps that theres not much competition on the eastside of Palmdale so sweetFrog is pretty much the best frozen yogurt place in the area by default. Even when including other places on the westside, and around the AV, though, I prefer sweetFrog. Really, to me, theres not a whole lot of difference between the froyo places, theyre all good, but sweetFrog just looks a little more fun and festive. We probably go a few times a month and weve always received good service. They have a wide variety of topping choices, too, more than some other places Ive been to. I also appreciate their community involvement as my kids frequently get coupons for free yogurt from school. That makes them happy and I certainly dont mind saving money. Im definitely glad to have sweetFrog here on the eastside.
