I live in-n-out... we come here all the time! All other times my burgers have been perfect but for some reason, i had onions in my burger (when i said no onions) and almost half of my meat looks like its been bitten off??? :( that makes me big sad.

Burgers combos are good I always get the Double with grilled onions. My son got the animal style. Well try didnt know they had there.that will be to much food for me.lol

Ive been out west for several months, but never had the time or courage to try any of the In-N-Out chain restaurants because the lines are always so long regardless of the time of day or city Im in. Funny how eating at one of these joints was like an unspoken bucket list idea! I finally got the nerve to stop in Monday night (5/24/21) and order 2 double-doubles, 2 French fries, one medium strawberry shake (which wasnt that good), and one chocolate shake. Alot of good food for just $20.18. The drive-thru line was super long as usual, but only ONE person was inside at the counter ordering! Last night was my night, and when I walked in and saw the menu, it was so simple, I was shocked! I expected to see mushroom burgers, avocado bacon burgers, loaded fries, Yada Yada Yada! Nope, the menu was so simple (pic attached). Food so fresh, REAL, delicious, and simple but tasty. It didnt take very long (10-15 minutes) to get our food either. The food was also extremely affordable (receipt attached). The shakes really had no flavor. The food was haphazardly thrown into the bag, making us literally fish out our burgers (punctured our buns and got quite messy) from a ton of fresh crispy fries. I would definitely get no salt on our fries if we go again, which we likely will. Overall, good food, and I can see why people wait so long in these lines because the food is much better and cheaper than larger chains like McDs, BK, and others I try not to eat too often because those places have questionable real food. In-N-Out advertises real meat and potatoes and their food tastes undoubtedly authentic. Yes to In-N-Out👍🏿

In n Out is always fire, except they messed up my husbands burger and since it was a family movie night at home (we watched the new Halloween) nobody was going back, so he had to take it on the neck. But the movie was good.I got a dbl, dbl, animal style protein style add Rae onion. 🔥

Thought it would be a long wait but it wasnt a bad for in n out. Also, everything was delicious, per usual. The fries were crispy.

After the movies I took 12 of us there to eat .it was late because of the 007, movie was long and worth it.. we had a blast..We all agree to in - n - out...They stay open late and that works for everyone..🇺🇸

It may be in n out. But its still palmdale ran.Forgot my burger, then when i added it at the pay window they made me pull out and wait for their mistake. Also didnt get my requested sauce cause the lady at the food window asked, and then started listening to her headpiece when i answered. Rude and unprofessional.

I really like the double double with grilled onions with everything that it comes with. The pati is thin so really the double cheese burger is not too much to have. The French fries is great the way they serve normally. The chocolate shake is a great topper but at my age I just prefer the lemonade.

Me and my family have been through so much and losing faith in humanity, and for the first time Kayla and Andrea made us have a bit in humanity tonight. They made us feel welcomed, comfortable and have faith that theirs still good people out their. Well keep coming to eat here more often. The employees here are friendly, and amazing 👏 WE honestly felt comfortable.

Yummy burgers as always, tho a little heavy on salt that night. Drive thru line moved quickly even though long.

No need to say about quality hamburger with all fresh ingredients and french fries made from scratch. Although still operating under Covid19 guidelines (March 2021 now) service is done at high efficiency. 2 people wait in the driveway to take your orders before approaching the cashier to pay and to pick up your orders. The line moved rapidly despite the appearance of long line of cars along the driveway. Always appreciate what they do in customer service. Keep up with the good work. You guys are the best!

This was the first time Ive ever had in-n-our burger and I definitely give it a 10/ 10. I love the hot peppers they have out. Their milk shakes are also super creamy and very delicious. I would definitely recommend getting their fries animal style. I love that their menu is small and that everything is likely to come out fresh, consistent and delicious.

This in-N-out never disappoint!!! The quality of the food is excellent. And the customer service is amazing Tim specially. I recommend everybody to come to this location. 🍔😄

So good I love the burgers and the fries. The drive through is pretty long but the wait is worth it. There spread is super good and the animals are the best with the spread. Everything is a good and reasonable price.

NY neighbors love this place Always nice to go. My mother for 6 months I had to get her #3 every day.

Great quality of service, food always comes out fresh you can even ask them to pull the fries off the fryer at the window so they come out fresher. All in all well worth the service.

The food here is good, but the main reason Im leaving a review is because of the extremely dangerous line they have blocking entrances and exits the other places. The city actually needs to do something because it causes gridlock. Some of the cars are actually parked in the street so they dont have their brake lights on and its extremely easy to rear-end someone.

Wife was hungry when driving 5 hours home from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. She flew in from Taiwan and was craving In and Out..we were not disappointed. FANTASTIC animal style burger, fries and milk shake!

First time in my life that Im gonna complain about In and Out. Been eating these burgers for years and today I had a cold one with cold fries and In and Out fries are only good when theyre piping hot... Ill let em slide this time but next time Im going to speak to the boss man.

The food is always good. But the lines in the drive-thru are rediculous. Who wants to wait 30 mins to eat fast food? They need to fix that fast. I havent been there In awhile because those drive-thru lines will upset u. The food is good but not that good to wait that long to eat it.

Today was a good day at In N out they did my order the way I ordered. Two weeks ago my fries were very salty and soggy not pleasant I didnt want to drive back. But love the burgers always our burger place.

There were more than two dozen cars snaking around the building one by one in drive-through the entire time we were inside the building ordering and eating. I thought wed get our food inside much quicker than drive-through, but it took quite long, even though there was only one other person in line when we walked in. Great food, long wait.

One of the best in my opinion in palmdale sometimes the line can take a little long but other than that I recommend it if you are patient in line

Kimberly that works the night shift should not be working there she snatched my bag away from me when I requested fresh fries!! Then gave me additude because I told her she should have such a nasty additude! The worst experience I’ve ever had from in and out!!

Drive through Line was long at 11:30 at night but the inside is open till 1am.

Burgers are inconsistent, hit and miss. My most recent burger was very salty as it appears seasoning was grossly applied, disappointed. I believe the Lancaster In-N-Out is consistent in quality as opposed to Palmdale.

Its in and out the quality is always there the employees are working hard during these trying times which is nice there responsible and the food is always good. the fries are a little different now there a little harder for some reason maybe its just me but the burger is good as always.

Long, long drive-thru line but it moves fast enough. My orders are always correct, food is hot and tasty. The prices are fair. Parking lot and seating areas are always clean.

You can never go wrong with in n out! The animal fries are literally spectacular and also the burgers have nice, crisp buns that have been toasted to perfection!

In-N-Out has always been a favorite of mine. They were quick to get our order and get us through the long line.

Burger was good but my cheese fries were cold. The piece of cheese was just sitting on top. Milkshake was the best part of my meal. I dont know if I would wait 30 minutes in line again though.

Best In & Out? Well all of them have high quality very respectful patience staff that deal with undeserving petty complaints and large amounts of customers from open till close. Well I went there and got a Large 3. Double Double W/cheese w/ a 2nd burger. When I got my cup I saw the large I wanted but was called XL, sorry for my lack of knowledge but I said, oh I thought that was large, ah Im sorry I meant XL, right and they fullfilled my wish and I walked out with 2 drinks
