John @ A Plus Garage Doors came to my moms house within 2 hours after numerous phone calls to other companies with a 2-3 day wait to get to my moms home. I phoned A Plus Garage was informed he was in my area and could be there within 2 hours. John showed up on time diagnosed my problem and had my garage door opening and closing within the hour. I asked for a quote to replace the garage door and John informed me I did not need a new garage and he could repair it. Would definitely use A Plus garage doors again very honest, especially in these days of Covid-19, he could have easily sold me a new garage but he did the right thing. If I could give more stars I would.

John from A Plus Garage doors was able to fit me in today when calling this morning. Which I am grateful for. Upon arriving on time with his given projected ETA window. He was able to diagnose the problem with minutes. He maneuvered his way around the garages items and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He gave a fair price and gave excellent competent service. We even chatted after for a few afterwards. I highly recommend John and this companys services. I couldnt have asked for a smoother repair and diagnosis of the issues.

We had our garage door put in through another company (A and C garage doors) and were basically screwed over. The person I spoke to at the office was courteous, friendly and helpful. Jon came out to evaluate the issue with our door and to provide an estimate. He knows what hes doing, wont sell you more than you need but is certainly available to design and install a super deluxe hi-tech garage door operation.The first he came he replaced the rollers and, WOW, did that make the opening/closing of the door soooooo quiet. The second time we called him, he talked us through trying to fix the motor but it was determined the capacitor was blown and we decided to take Johns advice and just get a whole new motor replacement with keypad entry.One thing about John: hes so good, hes in demand! But the other great thing about John is that he knows how to prioritize emergencies. His customer service is EXEMPLARY- he kept us informed about when the parts would come in and when he could come out to the house, working around our schedules, too.He replaced the garage door opener in record time- he carries all the right tools to get the job done. He stayed cheerful even in the 112degree heat in the garage. When he left, he made sure I knew how to operate the keypad and the remotes with all their new hi-tech capabilities.
