Our experience was amazing. Went in with my 8 year looking for gear. The employee helping us was great. She made my son feel comfortable and made him exciting for finding gear to start riding for the first time. she took the time on everything we were looking for. She had great conversations with my son about her riding experience. Whenever you take a young kid in a store, they are not sure what they need or want but she madeeverything easy to understand. Thank for the help.

As we see our motocross industry taking a head first dive into the oblivion of a has been or used to be state of existence. There are still out there the last of a dieing breed. With that being said Cycle Gear by far is off the chain! First time ever in the store and I will always go back. I was treated as a human customer, not as a suspect like myself or you would be treated inside Riders Choice. Staff is great knowledgeable and cool. Inventory is stocked, loaded for bare. I will never step foot inside Riders Choice ever again. Thank you Cycle Gear. Btw its hypocritical for me to talk about our industry like this, as well as say what I said about Riders Choice.

Excellent Customer Service. I took my bike on Friday right before the Labor Day weekend to have the two tires replaced on my bike. They fixed other issues at the same time. They performed all the work while I waited. Very knowledgeable, firendly and Fast Service. 5 Stars to this local shop. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic customer service. Went in to get a rear tire replaced and I originally told them I’ll come back for it tomorrow. However, after I left the store my buddy called me and asked if I wanted to ride the next morning. I called the store at 5:10pm (they close at 6), explained my situation, and asked if it was possible to get my tire back before closing. They said they weren’t too busy and they could probably get to it, just be back right before closing. 20 minutes later, they called me back and said it’s ready for pick up and come on over. Usually don’t leave reviews, but little things like that go a long way for me.

Both the A.V. cycle gear as well as the one in Victorville always do their best to be accommodating and as helpful as possible.

The customer service that I received was absolutely outstanding. I bought a new Bell Carbon Racestar helmet & a Bluetooth and sales associate I purchased it from was kind enough to offer to drop off my old helmet, my new bag and the box my Bluetooth came in at my residence. Thank you so very much Palmdale Cycle Gear and all the Sales Associates working there you get an A+ in my book. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

I was told over the phone they’d be able to price match a helmet to approved website and the website I showed them was approved so I drove over half an hour to your shop just for them to tell me it has to be in stock in my size, I should have bought it in the first place when they had it in stock only because I wanted to give you my business cause my sales rep was nice and I promised I was going to come back and purchase a helmet from you guys I ended up getting screwed and payed $80 +tax over 🙄

As always customer service is second to none. But the prices are quite steep,and Cycle Gears unwillingness to let its associates give its Loyal customers a discount,means i SHOP at CG Quite Rarely.

I asked for help but the gentleman was more concerned with holding up the front counter then helping me. Even though there was no other customers! I found what I needed but would have bought more if I would have had some help! Usually when I go there theyre very helpful!

Good staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They ride and make recommendations based on their experience rather than just try to sell you something without knowledge. Some items may not be available in store but they can order it for you. The store has a great return and exchange policy as well.

Hairo was great! Outstanding Customer Service! He went above and beyond installing our new Sena 10S Dual intercom system. He installed on my half helmet and wifes full face. He paired everything made sure they worked properly prior to leaving. We also purchased a heated liner as well. Everything was on sell bonus! Highly recommend this Cycle Gear!

Your experience here is completely dependent on who happens to be working when you go. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable about products and bikes in general, others are completely ignorant. If you go here for information, always get a second opinion.(or just look it up online like the employees do) Great for helmets, jackets and gloves, look elsewhere for anything else.

Went there to buy a new helmet and gloves, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, they don’t try to press stuff on you which is great. They also have items for every kind of budget which is super nice and a lot of sale items. A+ from me!

Reason for the two star rating is that the computer systems suck took 35 40 minutes just to exchange an item. We both were going to make purchases but decided not to since it took too long. Really need to update the computers and get him working correctly. Staff was great and no reflection on them.

I got there around 4:00 on a sunday and I was immediately helped. They helped me with the sizing helmets, boots, gloves, and pants. When it reached 5:00 for their closing time, They were still extremely patient and helpful. Met all my needs and were polite.

Found done really awesome deals they only reason they couldt get 5 starts is because I asked the sales buy about these bags either being water proof or coming with a cover and instead of admitting ignorance he instead just assumed they didnt have one and was wrong about it even. And they claimed not to have my n face shield when I asked the sales guy, so I have to just go find one off the shelf

Worst service ever would never go there again this is the 2nd time I tried this place never again to busy on the phone talking personal life and no one doing work worst service ever dont believe the post that say their quick theyre not the 1 in Newhall its great the store in Palmdale should be shut down or replace everybody working there its ran by junior high kids list they act it and no work was done had to take my product which I special ordered and bought through them to another place to be installed Because they were in capable

Stopped into Cycle Gear been shopping with them for year great deals all the time .Found out that all the old staff is gone which is Great cuz they would never help customers they were more into helping there friends ! I am new to street biking and was in selecting a jacket. I found one that I really liked but was a little short of the tag price so I went up to the counter to see if I could drop a deposit to hold it because it was the only one of that style in my size. They said they couldent do a deposit but could hold it for me. Gonzalo and Hairo decided to look it up and it turned out to be on sale. I was still 9 bucks short of the $199 final price. They got together and came up with the last few bucks I needed. I dont ever wright reviews for businesses but Gonzalo and Hairos level of service was over the top and I want to make sure that they are commended.
