My son has gone through so many expensive ray ban frames that have scratched within the first week. We switched to lodestar and found these AMAZING glasses.Hes had these about 2 months or so and even sleeps in them(NOT ONE SCRATCH!!)When he first put them on he said, they were awesome!!.No more rubbing on the ears & blisters on his nose.Thank you to Lodestar for helping me find the best glasses for our busy boy & saving us money in the long run.Ask for their flexible frames, they come in a few different shapes for boys & girls

I had my appointment with my 13 month old and it went really well. Everyone was patient and helpful with both of us and Dr Frank had a lot of tricks to be able to look at her eyes and keep her entertained. He was super knowledgeable and told me quite a few things about eye health I’d never heard and I’ve been seeing an eye doctor for 15 years. I really liked their selection of glasses, it wasn’t just a bunch of the same glass type by different brands they had a lot of selection and Emily was so helpful and really kind (I hate glasses shopping). Definitely recommend and eaglets awaiting my new glasses and contacts :)

The so called eye doctor, Kara will verbally abuse you if you disagree with her husbands inability to diagnose an eye issue . This eye doctor duo, will tell you you have dry eyes when you are in there for ill fitting contact lenses. They will not make good on the contact service agreement instead bill your medical insurance over $ 300 for a bogus dry eye. Look up how eye doctors can pad their bottom line by billing medical insurance for dry eyes that is made up. They tell a myopic person that they cant see out of one of their eyes because their computers tell us you can see so it is your brain that cant see. Dr Kara yells at patients, and drops the f-bomb frequently. Do not set foot at this place unless you want them to max out your eye insurance and still be unable to see. Multiple Aetna complaints have been launched against Lodestar. Be aware!Look at their response, No ownership of terrible service. Arrogance and denial, basically they focus on profits and no thought to actual patient care.

Wonderful products and customer service. However, we received $150+ bills twice after purchasing even after being told thats all we had to pay.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care I’ve received here. From regular eye exams to problems I’ve been having with my eyes, they have always been able to get me in and seen within a day or two. I would recommend them for any type of eye care you need.

This office goes above and beyond to meet your needs. From the front desk, exam with your provider to picking your glasses. You’re never rushed or pressured in any way. It’s a very relaxed and easy going experience. Myself and my mom followed Dr. Frank from another clinic that was closer to home. He is definitely worth the drive. I cannot recommend Lodestar enough!

During COVID time, the Lodestar staff was practicing safety precautions and everyone was wearing protective masks. Dr. Jacob was kind and compassionate; he led me through a state of art eye exam. He took the time to explain the health of my eyes at present and preventative practices for future eye health. It was much appreciated. The staff was wonderful (with the difficulty of mask wearing) as I navigated through paperwork, financial clarification, preliminary eye testing, and selection of my new glasses! Thanks Everyone!

Such a wonderful place for a complete eye care experience. Ive been going here for about a year and absolutely think they are incredible! I love Dr. Frank, Emily, and Laura they are amazing! They also help you pick out cute glasses that fits you!! I highly recommend this place. They work with you the best that they can! I always have a smile when I come here!

I’m not much for doc’s of any kind, even though I’ve grown up in the medical field. Both of these doc’s and their team of people, make U feel comfortable. They do a awesome job of getting U through the testing and explaining things in a way where they don’t make U feel like U are a idiot. Always a welcoming smile and greeting from 1 and all here at Lodestar. I don’t go anywhere else for exams or help with my vision and don’t plan to as long as they are in business.

Drs. Frank and Reynolds are both excellent providers. Their office environment is very welcoming/comfortable and all staff are friendly and professional. They also carry a great selection of frames.

I truly enjoyed the entire staff and Dr Kara Reynolds. The experience was pleasant and very comfortable. The office is well designed and spacious. There is a large selection of eye glass frames to choose from. Simple to sleek, you will find the frames you want! The most impressive part of my visit was the state of the art equipment and how Dr Reynolds explained why she was using it and what each piece did. What a wonderful place, until they bill you for services that any other eye care provider gives you as a standard part of an office visit. You come in to get your annual eye exam get contacts...But then you come in to make sure that the contacts fit. That’s pretty standard stuff in any of the 20 states I’ve lived in during my life and I doctors I’ve gone to. But here, that is somehow considered a medical visit and they charge you $180. Congratulations I look forward to telling everybody never to go here 👍🏻

Everyone I saw at Lodestar was exceptionally friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. From the lady at the front desk, to the tech who was super nice yet expedient, to Dr. Frank who really took the time to discuss my exam with me, to the lady who adjusted my glasses.. they were all terrific. I work in healthcare and am not always impressed being on the other side. Lodestar does a great job at explaining the procedures and results in a very caring and compassionate manner. 300 $ for a BASIC EXAM.and I was told a LOT of vagueness about tests that can be all about my eyes AND my body ...so it is told like there is something extra and different ...RIP OFF ALERT, but they stay VERY VAGUE. SCAM ALERT.
