All the guys over at Flamingo were great to deal with when purchasing my new Can Am Outlander ATV. My main dealings were with Gabe and Joe who were both very helpful. Everything about the sale went smoothly and at no time did I ever feel like it was pressured sale of any kind. They let me tell them what I wanted, not the other way around. I would and have already recommended their dealership to others!

A great experience needs to be talked about...when it is every time I interact with a business then I write a review.I first started buying accessories over the summer for my quad from Gardener. Great down to earth guy! I knew I would be coming back for sledding gear in the fall. . When I had to get my sled riding gear I purchased all new fly snowmobile gear from head to toe from flamingo. Jason took the time to go over the key points to purchasing good gear. He also did not try to steer me to the KLIM brand which was almost double the price however hard to see a difference. When it came to the price they beat any prices on the net by a significant amount. I will not by my gear for my quads or sleds from anyone else. Even if I could find it at a lower price. Great service is Priceless, Thank you. And I have been riding in NH for the last four days. The Fly gear is awesome.

I spring ordered a new Ski-Doo from Flamingo Motor Sports in 2019. From the first time I walked through the door, meeting with the sales team throughout the purchase process, my parts purchases for the new machine, and my service visits, the staff there has gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. They call when they say they will, things are ready when they say they will be, and they care that you are happy with everything. It is nice to see this level of customer service still exists!

If I could give a zero star I would. Good luck getting good service here. They won’t call back and when you pick a machine out and tell them you want to go get it they tell you we will call you back in a day or two but it’s a week and it’s no longer available.

So I got new tires for my BMW and needed them mounted and balanced. I dropped them off with Tony at the service department around 10am. Tony called at noon said theyre all set. He let me pay over the phone and I had my wife pick them up. I had hurt my back that weekend. When she arrived they carried them out to the car for her. Awesome service!!!

Called to see what their policy is regarding covid. Trying to come through and check out the lot. I’ve never been met with a more rude interaction via phone conversation in my life. If given the chance I would love a fair one with whoever the sales person was at the time.

I was in the market for a dirt bike for my wife and called Flamingo Motorsports to see what they had in stock. The salesman told me about a 2019 KX85 that was just traded in that might be a good fit. When I arrived to look at the bike I was pleasantly greeted by the staff who showed me the bike and helped answer all of my questions. The bike was in great shape and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely buy another bike off of them in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Been trying to get my first 600 mile service done on my bike. Service or parts department does not answer their phones. Been calling multiple times a week at all different hours. Called the sales guy and he told me he doesn’t know why they are not answering and tried to transfer me to them. Then told me to call back later and they should answer but never did. Went in person to get my safety inspection done as well and told me to call and make a appointment and kept sending me in a circle to get anything done. Bikes are over priced when I tried to buy a bike and told them I found 1 cheaper at Valley motor sports in Northampton by $4,000 hoping for a price match or to come close. Sales guy at the time told me “good, go buy it over there then” nothing but negative experience every time I go there to bad can’t give 0 stars and don’t recommend for anyone

I have been dealing with Flamingo since 2010 and have never had an issue. I use them to source parts for ALL of my bikes and they do all my inspections. There gear selection is a good size and its nice to be able to try on the gear before you buy it. They will also tell you if there is a better option for your riding style. I have reviewed them in the past but figured Id post a new one to say that like a good bourbon they only seem to be getting better with time.

I have personally worked with all the departments they have. I bought a motorcycle here and the sales reps were excellent. I have gotten parts, helmets, and accessories for my jet skis and motorcycle here. The staff is very relaxed and friendly and they have a great deal of knowledge. I use Service for my 2 sea doo jetskis and they take excellent care of them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wish these guys were closer. Very good pricing, good selection of sledding gear and have had my parts UPSd to me. Its a 45-50 drive to this Ski doo dealer but worth it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my jetski that I bought from them last year, the manufacturer didnt want to cover it but they still fixed it anyways free of charge which definitely saved me a lot of money.

I have used them for parts, gear, and even serice once. I can say they are excellent on all counts but cant give an opinon on there sales dept as I have never purchased an atv or motorcycle from them.

All i can say is that i have had the WORST experience ever with Flamingo Motorsports when dealing with a Fuel Injection problem on my ZX10R NINJA. They had my bike from June until i finally got totally disgusted with their MECHANICAL INCOMPETENCE in late August. The bike was drive-able when brought their and i was unable to drive it home when after i spent $1281 to pick it up and it broke down on me halfway to my destination. Upon towing it back to their facility,they never did fix the problem after holding it again for another month and now im back to square 1 with mybike running way worst than it did before they touched it. The bottom line is that if you have any mechanical issues with your bike other than a simple tire or oil change, then i would not recommend this place at all. Ive been riding street bikes for over 25 years and have never encountered such a thing in my life when it came to fixing a problem. To cap it off, after having my bike for the hole summer; they didnt even have the common courtesy to offer to tow it to my home in non running condition and i had to make arrangements to rent a truck to pick it up myself. THE WORST EVER. BE AWARE.
