Took my car in to Caliber Collision in Palmetto and was VERY impressed by the professional customer service and quick turnaround time for my repairs! I was told at first that my vehicle would be ready in approximately 7 days and they had it done in 3! Top notch customer service! Liz and Karen were an absolute pleasure to work with. They really take customer service to another level! We were paying out of pocket to fix our hood, so we didnt want to have a rental car for too long, and they took care of the hood in only 2 days! They saved us from even needing a rental at all! Got no estimate... just a run around and asking for more photos even though you will not see any damages on photos. I aske for a simple prime and paint job on 2 lower door sections and entire hood. Getting rid of paint chips. Thats all. Explained it all. Big waste of time. Wont ever do business with you if you cant even give a simple estimate on a super simple job!

Had collision work completed at the palmetto/ellenton location. Very poor quality paint. Significant amount of dirt in the finish, thin spots and heavy orange peel that did not blend. Dripped paint of a different color in the interior of the car. Brought the car back to resolve issue and still failed to meet minimal expectations. Significant delays in communication when parts would become available for work to be completed. Highly do not recommend going here unless you have very low expectations.

This was my first experience with an auto body shop and I was very happy with them. Every staff member was very kind, polite, and helpful. They explained everything, contacted me regularly with updates throughout the process, and did a great job making my car even better than it was before. They even vaccumed out and washed my car for me! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body repairs and will definitely use them again in the future if I have to (but hope not!)

I took my car to be repaired on Monday 9/10/2018 for a front bumper repair. The car was done on Wednesday. During the process Chris was in contact with me letting me know the progress. Chris was very patient in explaining the process and different options available. Chris and the staff at the shop was very courteous and professional. When I received the car back, the repairs were flawlessly completed and the paint perfectly matched. The interior of the car had been detailed (Very pleasant surprise!). This was my first experience with this body shop. Someone hit our pickup truck in a parking lot and the person at fault has State Farm insurance which has a partnership with Caliber Collision. The reception/waiting area is clean and pleasant. The employees look and act professionally. When I encountered difficulty arranging for a rental a car from the insurance company of the party at fault of the accident, Matt Scott, the General Manager and the receptionist interceded and solved the problem. I will definitely use this shop again when I need auto body work. Also, the shop is conveniently located for people living in the Palmetto/Parish area.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and noticed the passenger door was offset a little after it was closed. I stopped by Caliber and Collision and Jeff took a look at it. He then asked if he could take it to the back. A few minutes later he brought it back and it looked like new. No charge and great attitude. He was happy to put me at ease and made me feel better about my purchase. Thanks Jeff!!!

I had a bad experience at Caliber Collisions north Sarasota location, so I took my car to the location in Palmetto. The work at Calibers Palmetto location was exceptional. The paint matched up perfectly, and they restored my car to better than new. The service was fast and the people were friendly. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need any other body work, but when that day comes I will take my car to Calibers Palmetto location.

They use to do good collision repair this is about the 4th time I have gone there each time there is a different manager, office staff, estimators, and probley repair personnel also question there ability

Im actually amazed how they can turn a beat up car into looking almost new. Decent body work.

My wifes car was right side swiped hit and run on July 9th. We took it to Caliber because it was a preferred shop by our insurance company. It took them 43 days to get it done! First they delayed the estimate,then ordered the wrong hinges, then failed the manufacturer audit,and had to replace the rear quarter panel which was damaged. Then another day for the pinstriper to come. When we first went to get it, the front hinges were unpainted and the wheel well seams were rough and over sprayed. The interior was greasy and dirty. To add insult to injury, they drained the battery dead and had to recharge it while my wife returned the rental car.Only good things were, they paid for the rental for 13 days after the insurance coverage limit and they replaced the pin stripe on the left side to match. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!

They repaired my BMW. They did an impeccable job, within 48 hours and were very courteous. James even went above and beyond and changed the brake light before returning the vehicle to me.
