I have had our cars serviced at Keeners for over 10 years. It’s the best auto repair shop I have experienced. They diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner at a fair price. But the BEST part is you can trust them. It is so refreshing and comforting to find a company you can trust to be honest, fair and with great skill and knowledge.

Went there to check the water pump. I was told by the dealership that It is leaking and needs to be changed soon. I took my car to Keeners . I was there for maybe 15 minutes.They were very professional and nice. They informed me that my water pump is NOT leaking and they did not event charge me....! Highly recommend !!!! Going back for sure!!

Have used them twice now on my older Honda Odyssey Road Warrior. Both times repairs were done in a timely manner, without gouging me for repairs not needed. Honest, friendly, family people, who do business right. You can trust them.

Great auto repair Shop!

Ive been bringing my used vehicles to Charlie for around 15 years or so. I dont feel like I have to price shop their work because its the only shop Ive ever worked with that will tell you if the issues you tell them you want to address are overkill or premature. In other words Ive brought them cars that I thought I needed a full brake job on and theyve called me to tell me that they only needed to do the rear because the front was in great shape. Charlie has repeatedly found ways to do something cost effectively and he will help you decide if you are getting ready to spend money on a vehicle that you should seriously consider trading in because of other things that are on the horizon. Bottom line, its a beautiful thing to work with someone honest and reputable. I wouldnt hesitate to give them a shot!

Ive been using Keener Auto for all of my car issues. The always make sure Im well care for. Changed my blinker when it was out, even though I didnt ask them to. I never go anywhere else. Great job at great prices.

$90 to pull codes and $75 oil changes did not say synthetic so I am assuming thats conventional...I feel they are great for the older crowd that has plenty of money to spend but to me they seem high I am sure they do good work but beware they might charge you $40 to change your wiper blades and you could have had it done at the parts store for free.

The folks at Keener Automotive are good, honest, hard working people. Had a laundry list of issues wrong with my car and they took care of it. They let me know that one part was going to cost me an arm and leg. They also said that particular issue could wait until later. Any other shop would have told me that it was absolutely necessary. I honestly believe they enjoy what they do.

Talked on the phone to a employee and told him about the vehicle, ( make model and year, problems with idling and stalling) he said sure bring it in. I got there and they said it was to old and wouldnt work on it.I took a chance driving it there and almost got into a accident taking it somewhere else. They could have at least looked at it. What do you think?

Mr. Keener has repaired my vehicles for almost 30 years...

They decided they didnt want to work on my truck because it was not worth it to them even though I would have paid whatever they wanted to charge me to fix my truck. Warning, you could get a bill for them to tell you they looked at your vehicle and decided they dont want to be mechanics today.
