Made an appointment to do some safe wedding dress shopping. I was able to fill out all the information online and let them know what gowns I wanted to try on before going in.The stylist assigned to me had a facemask and shield and showed me how to clip the gown myself as she was unable to go in and help per safety guidelines.She was super helpful giving me lots of different types of dresses to try on as this was my first appointment. She was also super respectful of finding something in my budget and suggesting items that would look flattering on me with her knowledge and experience of what was in stock. Also no pressure to make a purchase but was honest about order times and what was in stock and what wasnt.Kind of weird trying a dress on with a mask but there werent many people in the store and everyone seemed to be practicing safety precautions (social distancing, mask wearing, gloves) at the store.

I want to give a belated shoutout to the saleswoman at this location who absolutely went above and beyond the help me find my wedding dress! After a custom dress fiasco at another salon, I came here three months before my wedding day absolutely desperate and willing to settle for just about anything. My stylist saw how stressed I was and made sure I felt relaxed, offered me and my mom champagne, and made sure we could pause and actually enjoy this process.The stylist truly listened to me and pulled every dress she had with the long sleeves I wanted, and expertly got me into and pinned each one to shape. I was given plenty of time to mull over each dress and the stylist was very patient when I wanted to try on the two I was stuck between a few more times. She offered helpful and professional opinions and helped me style the look with a veil and earrings.It was like an old friend was guiding me through the process and I so appreciated that. I wish I remembered her name, but shes from Palo Alto and went to school at Bama, so we bonded over going to SEC schools. Thank you for your kindness and for making this process fun again, as it should be! This was truly my dream wedding dress.

Wonderful experience! Alyssa was extremely helpful and friendly. She was understanding of my style while mindful of my budget. The store was 100% COVID-19 prepared, which made my mom feel comfortable being there. I had a great experience and would highly recommend shopping here.

Better off making the trip to the Walnut Creek! I didn’t have a great experience, came with my best friend, once we arrived we admittedly wanted to leave. The person who helped us was very dry & came off as rude with her comments. We ended up leaving as soon as we could with her rushing us on our time. Couple days later made the trip the Walnut Creek location best services got my dress from them instead!

My first bridal try on was at BHLDN and had a great experience. My consultant was Kelsey and she was wonderful. She was welcoming and friendly, asked if we wanted any beverages or champagne to start the session off with a bang—loved it! I had a list of dresses ready to go and she helped me get them in my size. All the dresses were beautiful and they are on on the “affordable” side compared to designer $2000 + gowns (but still on the expensive side). Kelsey gave great tips and no they do not work for commission. Highly recommend BHLDN for dress shopping.

I had the pleasure of working with Meghan yesterday, who was so great! She gave awesome suggestions aside from the list I came with on dresses I wanted to try on. Picked out the perfect veils to match as well.Brides, one thing to keep in mind that appointments are required and you only get one hour. So it is definitely a great place to start if youre in the stage of choosing your dress in the wedding planning process! BHLDN has beautiful gowns at a surprisingly great cost. Definitely recommend booking an appointment here!

I asked for impossible, Rozita made it happen.We had to change our plans due to covid and I went there just 2 days before my zoom wedding. She helped me find the dress that I love. Highly recommend this place and especially her.

If youre in a rush, this is the place to go. They can get you dresses super quickly for good prices. The staff was nice, however I found the dresses kind of plain and lacking in neckline options. Youre pretty much picking between sweetheart and plunging v and thats it.

I was a bit worried after reading the bad reviews on here but to be honest I had an AMAZING experience! I received great costumer service. My stylist was awesome! She did a great job helping me with the dresses and giving me advice. She was the sweetest!My mom and I left very happy and I left with my dress.Thank you BHLDN!

This place has excellent customer service, very patient stylists, and a great selection of accessories for after you’ve picked your wedding gown. They don’t have alteration services, but their dress selection and customer service more than makes up for it. Ya smaller than other wedding dress stores, and I appreciated the quieter, more intimate atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to other brides.

I was in a pinch due to my original tailor butchering my wedding gown and so I went to bhldn to get a NEW wedding dress with less than a month before my wedding. The staff were super helpful in finding dresses that could be rush ordered and were available in my size. They were also very patient and supportive, which was much needed during a stressful time! They even helped me put on all my bridal accessories (earrings, bracelets, headband, shoes) that I had already picked out for my [other] dress to make sure everything could match well. And they took pictures for me since I was shopping alone! I was able to find a dress and it worked out so well!! Thank you!!!

I bought the wedding dress and a belt in store. They helped me order online because they don’t have the exact size.But the belt turns out to be small. On the receipt, it says clearly that I can return it in store. I drove there but was informed that they changed the policy and I had to mail it back. The lady there is really rude. She even rolled her eyes and said “whatever” to me. A really bad return experience.

They ask you to choose 8 dresses before you come. They had 1 out of 8 in store for me (the bride) and 2/8 in store for my sister (maid of honor). Im not sure why they ask you to choose if they dont have anything anyway. Was a waste of time. I think if they dont have any of the dresses you want to try on they should call you beforehand and let you know/ask if you still want to come in.

I loved my experience at BHLDN. My stylist, Amelia was so kind and helpful and really helped me find the right silhouette for me. The selection of dresses here is wonderful!

I went for a bridal appointment and overall it was fine but my consultant was inexperienced and wasnt super helpful. The dresses really only look good on super thin bodies as well.

I was sad to learn this store doesnt accept appointments for bridesmaids. The bride and I went to the store but it was a very unsatisfying experience. We had to seek someone out to help put dresses in a room. After I left, I realized I had forgotten my earring in the room. I called and let someone know one had fallen under the table in the room. They never gave me a call back or attempted to help. I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless youre a bride and can make an appointment to have someone actually help you.

My stylist Alex was patient with my bridal party who came with me, friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me say yes to the dress and a veil! Thank you Alex!! I’m a wedding dress size 14, and they had significant options for me to try on. My girlfriends loved the bridesmaid dress selection too!
