I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I purchased online about 6 months ago. I wasnt sure if there is anything that could be done since it was purchase so long ago. I went to the store. i was greeted by Andrew. I told him my issue with the shoes. He helped me pick another pair . he was the most polite, kind, helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever came across with. Its amazing what a nice gesture could do to someones day, Andrews kindness for sure made my day. BTW, I have been to this store a few times and almost everyone there is very nice and helpful.

Guys in the center were amazing and helpful. They helped me to place an online order but Northface shipped a completely wrong jacket and customer service is pathetic. Not really helpful.

Sadly, though the store was the pickup spot for a Christmas gift ordered online, it was unexpectedly closed when I arrived after my 45 minute journey. This despite an email reminder to come pick up the item. A little notice would have been appreciated. I understand that Covid makes some things unpredictable, but a little more communication on the door and through email would have been helpful.

Pretty large space, with a large selection of merchandise. And, a very attentive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I ordered on 12/20/20, expected picking up at store in 3 days to get gifts before Xmas but still today 12/30 no notice to pick up. I called store, it was closed. I emailed TNF on 12/26 to cancel my order. They emailed back that I have to wait since order was already processed ... but why they took my order while their store was closed the Xmas week ?

Very helpful and kind staff. Big selection, and as always, some great Northface gear.

They lie to me explicitly about a defect on one of the jackets. They told me that the zipper was not defective and that a couple of months of usage will make it better. It didnt. And when I change it for another one, I had to pay extra because the promotion (and the 60 days for returning) were over :S.My mistake, to trust them the first time.

There is also plenty of sleeping bags, backpacks, and shoes. North Face makes great quality gear with an excellent warranty. They really take care of you whether it be returns or warranty concerns. The customer service is great and extremely helpful. They will help you find what you need.Cons: This particular North Face does not have the selection or popularity of the San Francisco flagship store, nor the low cost of the Berkeley or Gilroy store. If you cant find it here, then chances are, youll be able to find it another store. Also, North Face is more of a lifestyle brand, so some of the clothes may not be as extreme as comparable products such as Mountain Hardware or the nearby Patagonia or Arcteryx. If you want to fit it in the popularity trend, then North Face is definitely the most popular/prevalent, otherwise their high end products are more hit or miss.Tips: Come in around February/March for the winter sale and September/October for the spring/summer sale for the best deals. The price may be slightly higher than the outlets, but the quality is much better.

I think I came here on a bad day, or at least a short handed day. There was only one changing room so I ended up waiting for 20-minutes to get access to it as there was a line. It seemed only two people were staffing the store, one was a kindly old fellow who seemed like he just started. While waiting to get into the changing room I decided to check out a few pairs of sneakers. The first pair I like were not available in my size, nor where the second pair. The sample sneaker for the third pair was in my size and was perfect.....however, they could find the mate to it.....lolI think I was about 45 minutes into the visit when i just had to give up...go get some lunch...and re-group. Great quality merchandise and nice store however.

Best North Face store Ive been. Great service, they sell the best products and showcase a lot of tents. Very impressed by North Faces warranty service, came with a defect in a jacket Ive had for years, received a new one for free!

Good place to try on shoes and check out clothing. The staff wasnt very helpful about ordering clothes to be delivered to the store. Ordering online is easier and faster.

Have been multiple times here. But 11nov 5pm a kid was helping me & gave a jacket which was dusty saying that it warehouse is dusty. Upon asking a new piece as it was a gift he just went it in and got back the same a bit dusted saying that all jackets are like that. Upon indicating the dissat he just took of the jacket such a disgrace & abandon the other order. I had to walk out of the store & wont visit this store again! Dusty jacket at a prime location is mere carelessness & rude attitude!

Really good experience with Leo and Erin who were so helpful! Got all my gear for a hiking trip and left a very satisfied customer.

The manager, Doug, was awesome and super helpful. He spent 10 min helping me decide on the best ground cover and was very knowledgeable

Brought a broken stuff bag to this shop which belonged to a sleeping bag I bought in Germany. They sent it to their repair center, it was fixed and sent back to me for free, without any hassle. Great!
